I don't ever write bad or negative reviews but I really had to on this one. This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle and with a car dealership. First off, the car was involved in a bigg had to on this one. This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a vehicle and with a car dealership. First off, the car was involved in a bigger accident than was disclosed on the Carfax report. I was told this after having a mechanic inspect the car's body. After leaving the dealership the back passenger door handle came right off! (The door was used by our salesman when we test drove) A couple of days later, the trim on the passenger window also started coming out. We went back to the dealership for inspection, oil change, and to fix the 2 issues. We talked about the handle and the trim “in detail”. The trim was a clamp that came loose and needed to be clamped again. NOT glued! If they couldn’t repair it correctly, then we would get it done elsewhere. The service department ended up glueing everything, leaving glue residue all over the door and the car itself. A complete nightmare!! 2 days later, it rained and came undone. Now the trim is ruined where it should clamp because of the bonding they did. Which is now a much larger repair and cost!! A funny / not funny moment during the buying process, the vending machine ate our money trying to get a bottle of water. Our salesman, a gentleman named Trevor B., said "it happens all the time. Only the Coke comes out”and then didn't offer water or anything, after we purchased a vehicle from him! Like all other reviews have said, they are very persistent on giving them a five star review. Positive reviews are earned and I'd give this place no stars if I could. Stay away from this dealership! It’s not worth any deal!! More
It seemed unorganized. Understanding that it was a used car, it still was a recent year luxury vehicle. Clearly there was very little attention placed on the condition of delivery of the vehicle. Vehicle smelled as if somebody had smoked in it, interior was not clean, fluids were not topped off (I had to add coolant), significant amount of dry leaves under the hood and additionally, the service team logged the wrong miles impacting the Carmax history and suggesting that miles had been rolled back. Not a good experience. More

Bought a vehicle from university Mitsubishi and they failed to tell me that the vehicle needed work as soon as I left I had issues with the temperature of the vehicle and on my way home the sales man c failed to tell me that the vehicle needed work as soon as I left I had issues with the temperature of the vehicle and on my way home the sales man cross threaded the tag bolts and did not secure my tag to the vehicle my tag flew off the reason I know is because I was pulled over by a policemen and told me I had no tag I proceeded to call the dealer because it’s their fault that happened and the dealer won’t even return my call car had a oil leak coming from the valve cover rear shocks were blown a accident that probably happen at the shop cause it looked fresh on the passenger side and they never said anything either the rear wing bottom was not working ac controls act up but overall a great car my issue is I paid 11,000 for a vehicle that was in good condition and the fact they didn’t even bother to put the tag on right and it flew off and now I have to pay for something that wasn’t my fault because of their negligence and they are so unprofessional they didn’t have the decency to call me back to sort this out so with that being said I would not buy from this place again thank god I’m a mechanic and can do all the work my self but I can just imagine the people that don’t know anything about cars and is spending their hard earned money on something that is not worth it to brake down later on down the road because of their negligence just cause they want to make a quick buck More
