I bought an Eclipse Cross at Mitsubishi dealership on Griffin Rd.,Davie,FL,Lorenzo was sales person and he was friendly and helpful,I experienced an unpleasant situation with the financial manager Jose S Griffin Rd.,Davie,FL,Lorenzo was sales person and he was friendly and helpful,I experienced an unpleasant situation with the financial manager Jose Silva but the financial director Edy took time and action to help me out and recommended George another financial advisor that he was very helpful, professional and was able to handle my problem created by Jose,he helped me to get rid of some unnecessary insurances that Jose sold to me and of the high interest he put me on with the bank,I would rate Edy a 10 for his kindness and patience to help me out as a custome a 10 + to George for talking care of all the problems created with the other financial Manager Jose,for being so professional and not only , making me feel comfortable and confident of being around him and trusting that he is going to help me the right way, that makes him ,,GREAT” in what he does.Thank you to those 3 gentlemen for making me to choose the right car, ,to get a great deal and make a good decision .Thank you George, thank you Edy, thank you Lorenzo More
