About a month ago, we purchased a brand-new 2027 Telluride, and from day one, the experience was exceptional. Our salesperson, AJ, was absolutely phenomenal. He listened carefully to what my daughter needed, answered every question, and helped us find the perfect Telluride at a price and package that worked for us. We never felt pressured—only supported and valued as customers. Then the unexpected happened. Only two weeks after driving home in her beautiful new Telluride, my daughter was sideswiped by a young driver and her vehicle was declared a total loss. We were heartbroken. After just finding the perfect car, she suddenly had no transportation and had to start all over again. Once the insurance process was completed, there was no question where we would go—we returned to University Kia of Durham. On May 30th, we met with Thomas, and once again the dealership exceeded every expectation. Thomas handled the entire process with professionalism, compassion, patience, and true customer care.
