I came in and looked at vehicles and they strictly answered my questions. Test drove the vehicles I was interested in and walked away at the end of the day with simply a hand shake and ‘thanks for coming in’ attitude. Never got pestered or pushed on a sale. Came in and made a deal at my own discretion several days later and they spent the time to research and layout the numbers on every vehicle I showed even a slight interest in.
