Mike greeted me in the parking lot, was very relatable, no pressure to buy, and informative. He answered all my questions and the test drive and eventual demo over the weekend sold me. I went to UAC for a better towing vehicle, and the Ram 2500 is a great truck. I got 22 MPG round trip on a 500-mile weekend getaway. The finance team, sales manager, and GM were friendly and explained all the options in an informative (read, no high pressured sales tactics) way and I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour.
