Worst communication between advisors, other advisors and cus It was a xxxx show from start to finish. The communication is absolutely awful in the service department. Did night time drop off for my car, which I stated in my appointment time and when I confirmed the appointment to make sure that was alright. It was, or so I thought. Appointment was 7:20am, called about noon to check on the status and no one knew who had my car or where it was, left a voice mail with the supposed service advisor. Called again a few hours later, was put on hold for 10 minutes for a voicemail. Finally received a call back and was told my keys were placed on the wrong persons desk, and it basically had to hunt to find them. Now to the next day when I went to pick up my car. Stood at my service advisors desk for 30 minutes, waiting to see him to simply get the keys for my car. He was completely MIA and though a couple of the advisors tried to help it took for the person dropping me off to pull into the service area and stop until someone helped me, who was one of the valet guys who brought me to a different advisor. (Valet guy was extremely helpful and took charge.) I will never recommend this service center to anyone. More

Nothing has been fixed in my vehicle, the noise is still there.I don't think the technician even understood the issue and tried to fix it. I am very disappointed for wasting my time and money. More

I called today because I am having issues with the power adaptor in my 2014 Nissan Cube not working correctly. The young lady that answered the repair shop phone, acted as though I was bothering her. I told her my issue and at first she acted like they couldn't help. She placed me on hold to check. She came back and then perproceeded to go through their schedule for services. I notified her that I was going out of state for the rest of the week and would like to drop off my car before I left and that they could keep it for the next 5 days to look over and fix. The young lady notified me that they had no open service times and couldn't help me. I reminded her that they could keep it for 5 days and look over it when they had time. The Nissan lady notified me that they had to a diagnostic first and they had NO open appointments for diagnostics and that it had to be diagnosed first. I notified her that I couldn't be without my car any other time. They still couldn't help me! Well, I hope I never need an emergency repair! How does anyone ever stop by to get repairs done? I plan on trading in my Nissan Cube this year for a new Nissan, I know I won't be going to Universal Nissan to get a new Nissan, since they don't support repairs for Nissans! More
Terrible customer service I brought my car because the A/C wasn't working, they repaired it under warranty, I paid a $100.00 deductible and when I went to pickup my car they co I brought my car because the A/C wasn't working, they repaired it under warranty, I paid a $100.00 deductible and when I went to pickup my car they couldn't find my keys or paperwork for 45 minutes. I called you complain and nobody called me back. 2 weeks later my A/C isn't working again, when I called twice, both times they couldn't find me in the system because they had the wrong phone number in the system. Now they are trying to make me pay another $100.00 when they didn't properly fix or check the A/C components in the first place. More
Two oil changes = 5 hours!! My first oil change and tire rotation took three hours, the next oil change and no tire rotation took two hours. In over fifty years of driving and oil changes I have never experienced anything like this lack of organization. I of course stopped at the service desk several times and was told they were busy. BUT, my appointment did little to speed the oil changes. At both times there were many other customers upset, frustrated and waiting too. I will be taking my 2015 Murano Platinum elsewhere. More

Bad Experience! I made an appointment for an oil change for my Infiniti. I specifically asked if they had the oil filter for my car and the said yes we will put to th I made an appointment for an oil change for my Infiniti. I specifically asked if they had the oil filter for my car and the said yes we will put to the side for your appointment. When I arrived for my appointment there was no one there to greet me. I had to knock someone office to ask for assistants. I spoke a person in the office and told him I had a 6:20pm appointment. The response I received was your appointment is not with me because I leave at 6pm. After getting the service manager involved I was told the oil filter they had put side was given to someone else by accident. Clearly the dealership has process issues and worst poor customer service. More
