The Staff at your Duarte Center are amazing. They certainly do their best to help Customers understand what their cars need. They take the time to answer questions and to explain all the completed r certainly do their best to help Customers understand what their cars need. They take the time to answer questions and to explain all the completed repairs and recalls. I was very pleased that Paul reminded me about my wind shield wipers needing to be replaced. I had forgotten to tell him about them, as I was sitting in your waiting room relaxing. Paul made sure the wipers were replaced with my permission. I also find your bill very easy to read and understand. And, if I have any questions I am confident Paul will take the time to answer all my questions.
