Took/Stolen are tremendous accusations and damning choice of words. It's obvious I defend the integrity of our service department. As you can read, we've earned endless accolades and 5 Star reviews. All our Technicians have been with us for years and their success has been built in understanding the importance of customer satisfaction. I was also advised you did not bring in your vehicle, it was towed in. I will not pass blame, but it appears your vehicle was handled by different hands.
