Awesome experience The service experience was great. We walked in without an appointment. The service staff was so friendly and explained to us that they are a bit busy The service experience was great. We walked in without an appointment. The service staff was so friendly and explained to us that they are a bit busy and it will be a little longer, but they also pointed out were the nearest stores are at and were we can go grab a bite. After going to shop at target for a little bit we came back to the waiting area where they had a movie playing for the customers, water and coffee as well. Once they were done with the car they came to inform us and directed us to the cashier. The staff is very friendly and courteous. My husband and I made an appointment to bring in the other car on Saturday. More

Great Experience Paul is pleasant. This is the second time I've worked with him. I'm moving out of town on short notice and a lot of work had to be done to my car to Paul is pleasant. This is the second time I've worked with him. I'm moving out of town on short notice and a lot of work had to be done to my car to prepare for the long drive. Paul explained Universal Mitsubishi's services and products clearly, and was considerate of the fact that I was in a hurry. He also gave me a good deal for one stop shopping. Armen and Jose were also nice and helpful. The Cashier was upbeat and asked all the right questions to ensure that I was pleased with my experience overall. Universal Mitsubishi provides a comfortable, professional and modern environment. I wasn't look forward to driving from Los Angeles to Duarte and back, but since the experience was headache free, I'd say it was well worth the effort. More

Killer service department Paul got my Outlander in quickly so I could get back to work. I dropoed it off on my break and made it back on time. Did 45000 service.
