I had a great experience with Christopher R Woodson. I showed up with my 5 month old baby and brake lights that didn't work. I have had the worst experience with this dealership. I have a 2008 Eclipse Spider, and Iv'e experienced problems from the start of my purchase. Every time Iv'e taken the car in for service all they say is have a 2008 Eclipse Spider, and Iv'e experienced problems from the start of my purchase. Every time Iv'e taken the car in for service all they say is "nothing is wrong with it". This last time my check engine light went on and my car was stalling and smoke was coming out from the back. Note:I had put a full tank of gas the same day this problem occurred from the same gas station that my family and I have been going to for years (Chevron). The following day they called me and said my gas tank had water in it. So, I went to the gas station and asked them if anyone had complained about a problem such as mine, and the answer was NO. If it was the gas station, I'm 100% sure everyone would have had the same problem and they also would have complained. The service adviser (Paul) told me I had to pay over $1,000.00 to fix this issue. So, I refused for them to attempt to fix it because I knew they were the ones responsible for the problem. Instead of fixing the problem, they blamed the gas station for having "water" in their gas. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I went back to get my car from Glendale Mitsubishi and towed my car to Calabasas Mitsubishi (which the service was excellent and everyone there was very nice and helpful). They kindly took my car and inspected it. A couple hours later my car was working fine and they did NOT find any water in my gas tank. Basically, Glendale Mitsubishi doesn't know what the xxxx their doing. They wanted to charge me for nothing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE!!!!! More
I am so unhappy with the way this dealer is being run. I have been driving maybe as long as he has been in this country and I know how to drive stick shift because thats all I drive and I know motor oil from water. I feel that they just lied from the begining. I was told I had the car at $12,864 and they some how added $1000.00 dollars and said it would be my rebate so the sale price came out to $13,874 with the rebate which it was not the case! $12,864 minus $1000.00 is $11,864 with the rebate and what they want me to believe is that I got the deal of a life time! The numbers I was showned on the paper did not match their final SALE! I was distracted by all their nice talk and smiles while I was in front of Chris the financer. But, it doesn't stop there. My NEW CAR, had a scratch and dirty and was given to me that way, plus an empty tank. I thought this was weird! And, when I came back to have it all redone and remove the scratch it tool 5 days to get it back. No one says the truth and no one knows anything in this place! I couldn't get anyone to help me find out what was going on and every manager or person gave me the runaround. I felt lied to agian and cheated. Then I got my car and it was dirty again and passanger seat stain with grease and dirt and no matts and so on. I was very upset and no one could get the car cleaned at that moment, so I took it again! I could go on, but it gets worse and I don't want to borre you. I finally stopped calling and I will approach them in August to see what they say and I want them to fix it and clean up their act and do some customer recovery and stop saying they will do something and not follow it up!!! More
