Scheduled Maintenance I came in for my 7,500 miles scheduled maintenance. I scheduled an appointment online for a Saturday service, 9:00am. So I got there and Dennys couldn I came in for my 7,500 miles scheduled maintenance. I scheduled an appointment online for a Saturday service, 9:00am. So I got there and Dennys couldn’t find me in the appointment list. At first, he was discouraging me to wait and instead reschedule service some other time, he was saying that they only have one mechanic and that the estimated time of completion would be 4pm-5pm. I’m only available on Saturdays, hence the appointment. I got really upset but I remained calm. I told Dennys that I will wait, and so I waited patiently. Around 12 noon, he said that the car was ready and I was relieved. I know that he’s just managing expectations but that was extreme. I’m still a little upset but it’s okay, at least I’m out of there in 2.5 hours. I still gave 5 stars. Next time, manage expectations properly, not to the extreme. More
