Terrible customer service as previous Hyundai worker would not recommend this service department. From start waiting 35 min to even be spoken to with a schedule appt. to five days In shop with little to would not recommend this service department. From start waiting 35 min to even be spoken to with a schedule appt. to five days In shop with little to no communication and find my car not sanitized and fuse box cap sitting in my door. $260, and had to wait to find out where my advisor was only to find out had to wait to find out where my car was when I texted the advisor 30 min in advance letting him know was on my day. Ohhh and now rental car company saying I didn’t drop the rental car off charging me for days!!!! More

He was patient and considerate about what I was looking for since I was given the unexpected news about my car being on it’ Chris Green was EXCELLENT! We had laughed the week before about paying off my car and this week I had to make the quick decision to invest in a new vehicle. Chris was helpful in helping me make that final decision and also worked with the budget that I was looking for. I would recommend this dealership specifically because of him. There was also another Chris that was in the service area that gave me the news about my old car needing a transmission who was kind and very considerate. More

Service personnel excellence! On Sunday June 9, 2019 my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe decided to shut down all of its systems at mile marker 208.5 on Florida's Turnpike. AAA towed it to Un On Sunday June 9, 2019 my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe decided to shut down all of its systems at mile marker 208.5 on Florida's Turnpike. AAA towed it to Universal Hyundai in Orlando. The service department was closed at the time but Ramces Rivera calmed my friend and I and took over getting the proper paperwork filled out so that a service tech could diagnose the problem on Monday. Ramces showed us how to contact an UBER so that we could get a rental car and continue on our way to Gainesville to attend classes that week. On Monday, Stefan Luna contacted me to apologize that the service technicians hadn't been able to look at my vehicle but would do so first thing Tuesday. He kept his word and called me Tuesday afternoon to explain that the alternator had died and that the cause was a defective timing cover gasket which had leaked oil onto the alternator. He went over the technician's recommendations, discussed the cost of just replacing the alternator or doing a proper job of examining and replacing the 10 year old gaskets and belts as necessary. The work was done promptly and the Santa Fe was ready as requested Thursday morning, June 13th. Stefan came in on his day off to be sure to be there when I arrived.We made it back home to Broward County Thursday afternoon...safe and sound and with no further problems. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service and attention to detail and customer care that my friend and I received at this dealership!
