Took 2 appointments get a regular maintenance done. First was a wash out, waited 2 hours and the car wasn't even on the rack. No one informed me that they were running behind. Second time got maintenan First was a wash out, waited 2 hours and the car wasn't even on the rack. No one informed me that they were running behind. Second time got maintenance done but again it took too long. I had a 7:15am appointment and the car didn't get on the rack till about 8:15am. More

Will not be back for repairs. Came in to get ac coolant system fixed and was assured it was. When it was not I called back a week later , I explained as a teacher I could only come afternoons or Saturdays. system fixed and was assured it was. When it was not I called back a week later , I explained as a teacher I could only come afternoons or Saturdays. I was told they couldn’t get me in for over a month! I ended up getting my car fixed elsewhere.Will not be back! More
