AWESOME Customer Service!!! I came with a friend and he bought a Nissan Altima. Not even looking for a car, I left with a brand NEW Maxima! They gave me a GREAT deal on my trad I came with a friend and he bought a Nissan Altima. Not even looking for a car, I left with a brand NEW Maxima! When I got the car I was promised a gift card that I never got. I called the person who sold the car and sent emails but nothing. She told me she was going to mail it, right! It's not much but don't offer it to make the sale and never send it out. It's been 10 months now I guess she got her commission and for got me, not got service.. More

Universal Nissan Has A Great Service Department Onofre Olivas, my Service Manager, listened to what I told him the car was doing, and he communicated that in detail to the service team. Everything was addressed to my satisfaction, and he called to keep me informed. The rental desk (I had to get a car while mine was being serviced) was terrific too -- quick, easy, and I got to drive a new 2015 Versa Note around town. More

Everyone was super helpful from Jaime Zamora in the service department, to the guy helping me with the rental and the lady on reception explaining my loyalty points discount when I paid for the service. They rip you off, their prices are horrible, I bought a car last Sunday and what they do they confuse you with the deal and rip you off. I test drove a car and after we made the deal they told me they cannot give me that car because it is $2500 more!!! False Advertising. They even promise some free stuff and they wouldn't honor that. The sales people are just a bunch of lairs. Especially in internet sales department, a person called Mickey and the manager Tony. Don't ever do business with them. I lost $3000 over three years leasing a pathfinder from these guys. I will file a claim with BBB although they have an F rating with BBB!!! More
