Illegally dinged credit after I left and told them not to Mickey, the Internet Sales Manager and the Finance Department at Universal City Nissan illegally dinged my credit with a hard inquiry after I decided Mickey, the Internet Sales Manager and the Finance Department at Universal City Nissan illegally dinged my credit with a hard inquiry after I decided not to buy a car with them and after I left the dealership just to screw with me because i walked out of the transaction and told them NOT TO RUN MY CREDIT. They did it anyway, because these people are awful human beings who don't care about you and only want your $. I've never experienced something so blatantly illegal and unethical especially from such a big company. But what can I do? It's impossible to somehow "prove my case" and have the mark taken off my credit history. Thanks a lot Mickey and Universal City Nissan :) hopefully you can post this review on your sales wall with all of the others!!!! More

Pure Talk After talking to Lawrance Ayoub, over the phone who is the Internet Sales Manager at Universal City Nissan, he said I was approve with a program that After talking to Lawrance Ayoub, over the phone who is the Internet Sales Manager at Universal City Nissan, he said I was approve with a program that they have that is based by your income because of my credit history, but to make this story short he said I was approve up to $17,000 and 30 days to come out with a $1000 down plus my first payment in 60 days. But when arriving at the dealership all has change to the worst of worst.. All that Lawrance, made me believe was just a complete game. 1. I spent 5 hours at the dealer. 2. Instead of $1000 down it turned to $3000 down. 3. And finally in the end they told me that they weren't be able to help me out because of my credit …what a waste of 5 hours..Mr. Lawrance, you wasted my time you should've just told me over the phone the real deal like a man why make me drive an hour an a half to your dealership and wasting 5 hours with me and finding out in the end that there is nothing you guys could do. I will be spreading this to all my friends, family and co-worker on how you and your team just talk to much making people believe that you guys are just xx… I give you guys a rating of -0 More

I get that car salesmen have to be aggressive, but at a certain point it becomes a hostage crisis. Then once you agree to purchase something you become the least important thing in the world. I walked in at 5:30 Sunday and didn't get home until 12:30. We waited at least an hour for the new car to get 'washed, detailed and a full tank of gas'. When they gave it to us, the inside was still caked in dust and I had to go get gas. Sure the salesman came with to pay for the gas, but what the heck was everyone doing while we waited? There were also a million little things that the salesman said that didn't exist once we were in the hands of finance. If you do choose to subject yourself to this place, bring a cheeseburger because you might be there for the equivalent of a work day. The next day the finance department called to let me know there were issues with my loan approval. He then went MIA for two days as I tried to figure everything out. Over the next week, I got jerked back and forth between the loan not being approved, then approved, then not, etc. Each time I was told I'd have to return the car, I made appropriate plans only to be told it was 'going' to be approved. This caused a ridiculous amount of stress and wasted a lot of my time and energy over two weeks. Finally, I spoke with the head of finance, who asked me to come in. When I got there, he had left sick and I was led into a room with four people who then proceeded to treat me like crap. Why did I drive over there for that?! At the end, the guy told me the loan was approved because they had told the bank that I made 3 times what I actually make. He blamed me for this even though the claim of income was NOT in my handwriting. Anything to sell a car and put someone else on the hook. RUN AWAY!!! More
