When my old car started having problems after only 13 months of owning a brand new car, my boss sent me over to Universal City Nissan and when I arriv When my old car started having problems after only 13 months of owning a brand new car, my boss sent me over to Universal City Nissan and when I arrived I was totally skeptical and guarded. The guys at Universal City Nissan that helped me, Edi Gaser, Johnnie Achi, Ray Vasili and Sunny Shiraz were very helpful and totally looked out for my best interest. The gave me a phenomenal deal on my new 2016 Sentra SV, which a am in love with. They worked really hard to help me get the best rate on my financing and also informed me where I could get money back from the purchase of my last vehicle. All of them were very informative and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I think that one of the most important things about a car buying experience is to feel comfortable, since it is such a large purchase and I feel like they did EVERYTHING within their power to make the deal as painless as possible. Ray was very knowledgable about my new Sentra and made sure that I understood the new functions on the car that I was not familiar with in a very kind and pleasant manner.
