Great experience Checked me in right away. Waited for complimentary shuttle for less than 10 minutes and made it to work on time. Unfortunately however, there was so Checked me in right away. Waited for complimentary shuttle for less than 10 minutes and made it to work on time. Unfortunately however, there was some confusion with the return shuttle. Called to schedule it and they said they'd call me in 20 minutes, but I called them after 30 mins wondering what was up. They called 15 mins after that to tell me the driver was waiting for me. On the ride back to the dealership I got a call from another shuttle saying they were waiting at my office to pick me up (???). When we got back, checkout was quick, then all I had to do was wait for them to bring my car around. 20 minutes later I asked where my car was and so did they. 5 minutes after that I was on the road with a car that performed as good as new. Moral of the story: Don't schedule a shuttle or pick up your car at lunchtime. ;-) More
