Fraudulent Services, Bankruptcy and lies oh my! DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTIES FROM THEM!! Lets see why not..... 1- The company is going through a bankruptcy that no-one said anything about! I pu DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTIES FROM THEM!! Lets see why not..... 1- The company is going through a bankruptcy that no-one said anything about! I purchased a used Honda SUV and traded it in at another dealership after 8 months. When I tried to get an extended warranty refund, it took me 4 months to figure out why I received nothing. They are going through bankruptcy! I filed a claim but there is a good chance I will receive nothing! 2- They did a switch of some sorts with the extended warranty when I purchased the suv. I know for a 100% fact that I paid $2500 for a silver warranty package because I did not want to pay for the gold and I did not want the basic. Yet somehow I have the most basic package. Why the heck would I pay $2500 for a basic warranty! 3- They said said that I can take the used Honda that I purchased there for any type of mechanical issues/check up/oil changes extra....a lie! The SUV was running into issues a month after I brought it. When I tried to make an appointment I was told that they only service Nissans. ****Extended warranties are debatable on if they are a good purchase or not, what is NOT debatable is that you will ALWAYS get a cheaper quote outside of the dealership so just be aware************** p.s. check out the other lawsuit they had against them by the FTC More

Our salesman Brian was easy going and surprised that we knew one or two things about the car. Good pricing negotiations, it was nice but I regret not insisting a little more. I have to confess that the last part of the process was confusing and it might've upset someone but it wasn't my intention. By the way I forgot my cd collection on trade off car😢 It was good, will buy again!!! More
