From “dealers” not calling back or even answering to “dealerships” taking you Buying a car is one of the most difficult thing I’ve experienced in LA. From “dealers” not calling back or even answering to “dealerships” taking you to a junk yard to see their inventory I lost hope. I literally walked by Universal Nissan after an infuriating junkyard dealership experience and Juan the sales guy was standing outside and asked if I wanted to buy a car. Little did he know. A few hours later I ended up with a 2015 Xterra, something bigger and newer than I planned on. I’ve never had anything this nice and I thank every person that helped me in the process at Universal Nissan even with my bad credit. I got the dealership experience and got a beautiful vehicle I hope will last! More
