Definitely not happy! The absolute worst! I drove 3 hours from San Diego 2 buy a car this dealership had. I was in the dealership for about 30 minutes and nobody acknowledge that I existed. I I drove 3 hours from San Diego 2 buy a car this dealership had. I was in the dealership for about 30 minutes and nobody acknowledge that I existed. I finally found someone that would acknowledge me and I told them I had an appointment with Chris. they then told me that have a seat and Chris would be right with me. I was there for maybe another 20 minutes and some random guy that was very rude sat down at our table. His name is Jacob. He was obviously very new and had no idea what he was doing. I told him I wanted to test drive this specific vehicle and after trying to convince me to get into a newer model, he reluctantly showed me the vehicle that I originally wanted. When I spoke to Chris over the phone, he assured me the vehicle was in perfect condition and even use the words 'not a scratch on it'. When Jacob took me to the vehicle, it was not clean, it had dry wax from the service guys that tried to make it look nice, the GRILL WAS BROKEN and there were numerous scratches and dents. When I asked Jacob about this he simply told me 'it's a used car, what do you expect?'! I test drove the vehicle and told Jacob that is long as they could fix the grill, I would be happy to buy the car. He took us inside and sat us down at the table. He then asked us if we would like any coffee or water and I accepted. Jacob never came back to the table again! I had to go ask for someone to help us. A nice gentleman came to talk to us for a minute and informed us that he would not be working with us, he would get someone else. He then sent another gentleman over that started with our financing. He left and never came back. At this point we have had for sales associates that started to work with us and left, never to come back and help us.we had been sitting at the table five, maybe ten minutes after our test drive before another gentleman came to our table and informed us that the vehicle had been sold. He didn't even say sorry! They are either sold the car right from under us or, they let us test drive a vehicle that was already sold. Either way I was extremely upset that I drove 3 hours, each direction to get xxxx from an awful dealership! But I'm so thankful I did, the next day I went to Auto City dealership in San Diego and got a beautiful, brand new Audi Q3 for the same price the Nissan dealership was trying to sell me the used vehicle for. I would never go to this dealership ever again! They were absolutely horrible.have they handled the situation A little better and explained how the car had already sold, maybe I would have understood or wouldn't have been that big of a deal. They offered no explanation, they just told me that the car I test drove and was trying to buy was sold and walked away. More
