New car driver/buyer I can’t thank the staff enough for how great they treated me & my fiancé upon arriving at Universal Nissan. I had no intention of getting a car that d I can’t thank the staff enough for how great they treated me & my fiancé upon arriving at Universal Nissan. I had no intention of getting a car that day, I went simply to get an idea of how much a car would cost & how the process works..My sales guy was John, he was very patient with me and answered every question I had, I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything and for that I ended up leasing a brand new car that same day! I also met with a financial guy who helped with my insurance paperwork, Alexander, he was also very helpful and made the process so much easier for me as a new driver. He explained everything to me and assured me if I had any questions to simply text/call him or John. I felt like I had won the lottery with this kind of service. I also met with the GM, Sia who also helped me with any further questions i had. A few days later I got a call from sunny muhammed who said he could reduce my car payments and he did his best to..I met with the 3 guys again and have never been happier with my purchase, I really felt as they genuinely cared about what I wanted & not like they just had a job to do. They still check in from time to time and I know for that I will most likely be a lifetime customer. Thank you to the great staff at Universal City Nissan! John, Alexander, Sia, & Sunny Mohammed thank you guys. See you soon. Don’t walk, RUN to this dealership if you want the best service in LA and to feel great about where you are spending your hard earned money. More

Courteous, attentive, fair pricing ~ the best! I was welcomed with a smile by Shant Ashikian, who listened patiently to my explanation of needs for our 2003 Pathfinder. The job was completed quick I was welcomed with a smile by Shant Ashikian, who listened patiently to my explanation of needs for our 2003 Pathfinder. The job was completed quickly as promised, with a huge bonus ~ no forceful up-selling! I told Shant that we’d decided not to make a Nissan our next new car because our local dealership has offered FAR less than desirable service. Each time we go in for service, we are given a “suggested” work list, often amounting to between $1000-$2000! If we lived in SoCal, we would definitely shop with Universal City Nissan...mainly because of the integrity of your service department! Also, the driver of the the shuttle which returned me to our daughter’s home was kind, efficient and safe. The cashier and porter who helped when I came to pick up my car were to be commended, as well. I’m sorry I didn’t get those three names. But, I THANK YOU all!!! More
