I bought a 2018 Nissan Sentra sport from universal City Nissan worst car ever had only 30,000 miles of brakes been squealing so bad already had the rotors cut and the brakes done and it's still squealing t Nissan worst car ever had only 30,000 miles of brakes been squealing so bad already had the rotors cut and the brakes done and it's still squealing took my car there for a service spend thousands of dollars at this place they destroyed my rim never replaced it never fixed it and made me out to be a liar like I did it myself I regret buying this car I'll never go there again they still owe me some services to the car they can have it I I won't take my car there again I can't wait to pay it off to get rid of it it's garbage now the girls working the counter awesome people cheerful professional very nice the guys working doing intake at the counters the counters awesome really good guys the Porter's moving these cars around and the mechanics or whoever is destroying these cars and not being held responsible for the actions they're sorry spoke to the manager about my rim he looked at me and talk to me like I was a peasant with all the money I spend there talking to me like I'm a liar over a $200 rim when I just spent $1,200 to get the car right I'll never go there again I wouldn't suggest anybody buy a car from this place I can't wait to get rid of this crap but thank you to girls and guys that work hard at the service department as far as the ones that's destroying people's cars f*** them More
