Horrible communication. Wasted my time. They were slow to respond, hard to deal with but were still offering a great deal, so I gave them a shot. My mistake. On my way over, they called ME asking if I was still coming. I said yes, I will be there within in hour. 50 minutes later I walk into the dealership. They receptionist phoned the man I was supposed to meet. He had already left for the day. He says give it to someone else in internet sales. Nobody in IS wants it? Is available? So they contact the floor-sales people, a guy comes over to talk to me and says nobody is going to help me. I thought he was kidding. He says, no, seriously, you can come back tomorrow. What car company REACHES OUT to people trying to buy a car, confirms their appointment, and then leaves before they show up at the appointed time? I'm considering this lucky on my end. I'm seeing all those 1 star reviews (and joining in) and understanding there are better places to buy a car. More
