Fortunately, Jamal stepped in and turned it around, thus 5 stars. Also, as a female, I simply feel more comfortable dealing with Jamal. I have observed the same dynamic on several occasions with the same individuals. I would like to see the management recognize the excellent service Jamal provides to their customers.
