I took my car to have my driver door locks replaced and the electrical looked at because something is leaking in my car and affecting my headlights. Unity Cadillac had my car for over a week, The said noth the electrical looked at because something is leaking in my car and affecting my headlights. Unity Cadillac had my car for over a week, The said nothing was leaking replaced the bulbs that went out two months later and missed connecting a pin from the lock to the handle. I brought my car back for them to fix the lock and lights again. Told me it was a setting for the lock…. Pin still not connected. They set it so when I put the car in park the doors unlock. And told me I needed head lamps which could of been replaced the first time. Had to take it to another mechanic and they knew immediately from my description that my plugs were clogged and that’s why water is getting in my car and my lights. This was a waste a of my time and money. Everything I brought my car here for I had to pay someone else to fix again. More

Took the car for its first oil change - was not a good experience. Since the ownership has changed things are not the same. Leased four cars from the previous dealership and was very satisfied. Terrible place to buy a vehicle. Purchased a vehicle they did docusign instead of signing all the paperwork in person. When I received paperwork from loan was 5,000 more then what Purchased a vehicle they did docusign instead of signing all the paperwork in person. When I received paperwork from loan was 5,000 more then what was suppose to be financed. They never took my down payment off the purchase price. And had 14 percent sales tax. When confronted they said the computer must have made a mistake and would give me 1500 back. Which didn’t cover the extra sales tax back. The manager Richard would avoid us. Came in person and he disappeared. Spoke to finance person nasime. And he very rude and just made up stuff. Then called me and cursed and told me it’s not his fault and I wouldn’t get the almost 5,000 back. The most would be the 1500. I reported them to the attorney general for scamming people on sales tax. I’m not the only person. They added 1500 reconditioning fee. 995 admid fees. Which is a joke because there is no work done by administrators being they avoid any problems. Look over any paperwork and refuse to do anything once they steal money from you.
