Very poor service was here about a month ago the sales person told me I could come back get a second key A week from the sale date and I will receive the second key he said they have it ready just come pi person told me I could come back get a second key A week from the sale date and I will receive the second key he said they have it ready just come pick it up, a month later, 1 the key is not ready 2 the key I’m getting is not what they told me it would be 3 the sales person is not register on the website 4 is gonna take about an hour to get the key that it was already made. 5 the customer sales manager came out and said that it's a human error, yes human error that can be prevented by training your people better and not mislead your customers. 6 I get a call about an hour later talking about your appointment is set for 11:30 when I clearly told the manager I’ll be back on Monday, the person who call me said my apologies they told me it was for today. This is just very unprofessional service. I love the car, but the service is horrible. More
