Every time we have brought our vehicle in for service, your staff has been outstanding. If we were to base our future vehicle purchases on service staff alone, we would buy all of our vehicles at United your staff has been outstanding. I came into get a 3 month service. I was talking to Fred in Finance and he said I could easily qualify for a new truck. I considered it and agreed to talk to a sales person. He asked how I liked my present in Finance and he said I could easily qualify for a new truck. I considered it and agreed to talk to a sales person. He asked how I liked my present vehicle and I said I missed a few creature comforts I had in another vehicle. He brought around a Titan SL and it had all the things I missed. After talking to Fred again it was very affordable and I drove out with a smile on my face. All the people I came in contact with were very personable and all my questions were easily answered. The service adviser was very accommodating, courteous and went out of his way to help other customer who looked lost looking for the parts department.
