I got my sentra back today to find a cut/rip in my drivers seat that wasn't there before. I went in to united nissan only to refinance my car and was hustled into taking an Altima home to "test out" a drivers seat that wasn't there before. I went in to united nissan only to refinance my car and was hustled into taking an Altima home to "test out" after repeatedly saying no. When I brought up the rip I saw to the salesman, manual ayala, his response was offensive and I requested to speak with a manager. I go inside to speak to the the manager, DJ, he spoke to me as if I was senseless. His body language was beyond offensive and he never let me speak. When I tried to say anything he cut me off and finally walked away. I wish I never purchased my car from united nissan and I will never recommend them to anyone or ever do business with them again.
