The employees and management at this dealership are so unprofessional & Bob the general manager is a walking, talking piece of crap. I got the run around from the moment I wanted out of the car deal over my approval not having any warramty or gap insurance. I returned the car on a Thursday, but it took the dealership 3 days to "find my deal" to get my down payment back. And my down payment was missing $300 because I got charged a $300 "repo fee" since a salesman knocked on my door and drove the car back to the dealership. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I warned all of yall. More
My Overall experienced with the finance department was awesome. SAM, JD AND ALLAN MCFARLAND went above and beyond for us and they were great. Although they could not get us financed after 3 weeks; I still have no regrets dealing with their finance department and sales people as they have tried everything to get a bank to approve it. My BAD experience is regarding customer service... The finance manager, JD asked Diane and Mayra to refund me all my deposit back to my bank account, and Diana is by far the worse customer service ever!! she ended up drafting more money from my account, gave me the run around every time I went there to pick up my money...Mayra was no help at all.. kept telling me the person signing my check off isnt available or at lunch and for me to come back at 2pm, just to find out the person went to lunch at 2pm and I am having to wait a whole hour or more for that person to come back to work. Prior to that I kept calling, and was transfered to DIANA a few times..she was so rude! She does not know her job, and kept telling me that they did not OWE me anything even though she drafted my account for the amount of my deposit and made her mistake. This girl clearly does not know how to do her job! She was rude on the phone, telling me to HOLD i have other people on the other line I need to answer.. I told her to take a mental note, in order to be a leader someday, you need to have better customer service as you are representing United Nissan, she kept arguing with me about my deposit and told me to shut up on the phone. I went off on her, and told her when I come down to come get my money; I need to speak to your boss Tracy.. Conveniently, when I came down AGAIN, she was off! the girl is a total idiot and should be fired for talking down on me. I went to another dealership and bought a new car. I got an triple A star treatment. More

OMG, this place is closer to a zoo! Buyers beware. Do not let your grandparents into a place like this. I was warned and didn't listen. Then when I asked about warranties they said I had to wait until I went to the Finance office to find out. It really is a nice looking store but when you get there the people ruin it the second you get out of your car they attack. Never again for me! Save the trip and go somewhere honest. More

WE WERE GIVEN A PRICE AND THEY GAVE US 72 HOURS TO BUY THE CAR. I NEEDED TO SEE IT FIRST BEFORE MY HUSBAND BOUGHT IT. WE WENT BACK 48 HOURS LATER AND THEY WOULD NOT STAND BY THE PRICE GIVEN TO US. SO THE CAR. I NEEDED TO SEE IT FIRST BEFORE MY HUSBAND BOUGHT IT. WE WENT BACK 48 HOURS LATER AND THEY WOULD NOT STAND BY THE PRICE GIVEN TO US. Bob Speary with United Nissan gave an exceptional service to us. We have been turned down with other dealers. They say they can help; they deal with 24 lenders and 2nd chance financing, but like always we we to us. We have been turned down with other dealers. They say they can help; they deal with 24 lenders and 2nd chance financing, but like always we we’re disappointed and it’s a dead end. But United Nissan turned the sad face into a smile. They we’re still able to find us a lender instead of going to the last option which would be their in-house financing (so far, they are the only Nissan dealer I know that does this; they just started doing their own in-house financing). All the other dealers didn’t even try to help, its all talk for them. But United Nissan proved they walk the talk. Bob Speary (Internet Sales Manager) and the finance manager, we’re able to help. We just didn’t get any car from the a lot. We got a pre-certified (bumper to bumper) Nissan Altima. This is great; we finally got finance with a car we love! We are very satisfied with the service it was tremendously great. Our experienced with United Nissan’s service was outstanding, from Sales to Finance and signing our contract. Everyone involved was extremely, friendly, helpful and attentive. We appreciate everything they did to help us out. We are now an owner of a Nissan. Great people and great cars! Received a offer through email about summer deals for oil changes and service.. called made a appointment.. when I arrived not a single car in the service bay waiting.. When the service writer came out I explained I had a appointment and I was there for the email offer.. I was told that If I didn't have the print out coupon that I would not get any deal and to return only with the printed coupon .. I checked the email NO coupon anywhere.. I called to tell the service manager that I think the service writers need to know the offers to all new Nissan owners.. He agreed .. but made no offer to make things right.. Over $20.00 savings that the dealer could have corrected.. I will never return to UNITED NISSAN again and tell everyone that stops and asks about my cute little car, To visit any other dealer in town but them.. More
