I got my sentra back today to find a cut/rip in my drivers seat that wasn't there before. I went in to united nissan only to refinance my car and was hustled into taking an Altima home to "test out" a drivers seat that wasn't there before. I went in to united nissan only to refinance my car and was hustled into taking an Altima home to "test out" after repeatedly saying no. When I brought up the rip I saw to the salesman, manual ayala, his response was offensive and I requested to speak with a manager. I go inside to speak to the the manager, DJ, he spoke to me as if I was senseless. His body language was beyond offensive and he never let me speak. When I tried to say anything he cut me off and finally walked away. I wish I never purchased my car from united nissan and I will never recommend them to anyone or ever do business with them again. More
I love the car I have, but the price I wanted was not satisfied for me, anyway I needed the car. Team work was good. We wanted to have somebody who spoke Spanish, and we had them. I have had my car service at United Nissan for more than four years. I love the individual attention I recieve as soon as I pull in the service department. I came on for a free window tint from when I purchased the vehicle. Upon pulling into the service drive, I was promptly greeted by two gentlemen. One took the mileage on my vehicle, and the other directed the vehicle. Upon pulling into the service drive, I was promptly greeted by two gentlemen. One took the mileage on my vehicle, and the other directed me to Mr. Jimenez. Mr. Jimenez wrote my information up, and directed me to the customer waiting lounge. The waiting lounge was comfortable, and provided wifi. Great for me, as I was working while I waited for my vehicle. The tint service itself took about 3 hours. Not unreasonable considering. They also provided a courtesy wash for my vehicle. Overall pleased. More
