I needed to have my car serviced and thought there were serious issues. Service was able to do an analysis, determine the areas of concern, and correct those that were most pressing. I've scheduled an appointment to get the other issues handled; at a time that will allow me not to be in conflict with work, but able to resolve the outstanding items. More
the first part of my experience was a little stressful as with any car purchase, there is a lot of waiting which is expected and I did not leave with what I was looking for, overwhelmed and very upset feelin with any car purchase, there is a lot of waiting which is expected and I did not leave with what I was looking for, overwhelmed and very upset feeling pushed in to a vehicle I was not happy with I went back the same day and although it was not the most pleasant experience with one of the gentleman (more waiting and not very good customer service especially with me being frustrated) however the owners son, the gentleman doing my insurance and Ricky yan as well as a young lady at the end of the evening helped me tremendously and with great customer service , I am truly happy with my new car now and I would go back, I am huge on customer service it will truly make or break a deal so I thank all of you who helped me out. :) More

After Negotiating My deal, I kept noticing Discrepancies on ALL of my paperwork... I caught most of their (supposed) Errors. However noticed 2 days later More errors... THEY SCREWED ME...
