Whenever I go to Nissan to get my car serviced they come up to me quickly I never have to wait very long. They ask why I'm here and if I have a service person I like to deal with and I always say Shant Ashi up to me quickly I never have to wait very long. He gives me updates on what needs to be done with my car and explains the reason why and the cost. He always works with me on the price of the service being done. Whenever I bring in my car no matter how busy they our I never seem to wait longer then 2 hours. This current service they found something wrong with my car I wasn't expecting and they had to keep it overnight to fix it. Shant explained what was wrong and I received a free rental car until mine was ready. The rental car was my make and model just a year newer. The next day after I got my car back we drove it home and wouldn't you know it the battery died. I was able to get a jump and took it right back to Nissan. They were quick getting a battery and replacing it at no charge to me even though it was no longer under warranty. I love Nissan cars and would recommend them to anyone. More

This is my 3rd purchase from Nissan, Souk is a very personable sales person, there has been times I was in for a service visit and if he saw me he spoke and whats surprising was he remembered my name w personable sales person, there has been times I was in for a service visit and if he saw me he spoke and whats surprising was he remembered my name which meant alot I wasnt just another face to him. I always fweel welcomed at United Nissan. I have worked with Brian Hinkley for years and he is the main reason I keep returning. We were very pleased with the service we received on our Nissan Juke. My lttle Juke needed a 25,000 mile service.
