My name is Ray K. My wife Lucie and I have been customers at United Nissan since 2004. This purchase of the 2013 Xterra is our 5th vehicle (leased or purchased) at United Nissan and Roland Lewis h customers at United Nissan since 2004. This transaction however, required the expertise of Mr. Nick Vosdoganis, and I can only say that this man made it his personal mission to deliver on the promise of customer satisfaction. We know that Nick is a very busy man with the position that he holds at United Nissan, yet he put everything on hold to make sure that we were being taken care of, and it didn't stop when the transaction was completed. We have been back several times since completing our deal and it's always a respectful greeting and a hug for Lucie. He is amazing! Nice dealership. A little hard to negotiate, at first wouldn't take no for an answer...but after about and hour of playing hard ball we were able to agree on a deal everything went smoothly.
