WE HAD JUST BOUGHT OUR CAR A FEW WEEKS AGO [ALMOST A MONTH] WHEN MY TIRE WENT FLAT WE CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TALKED WITH BILLY EMERSON IN SERVICE HE TOLD ME TO COME RIGHT IN AFTER CHECKING OUT OUR TIRE H MONTH] WHEN MY TIRE WENT FLAT WE CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TALKED WITH BILLY EMERSON IN SERVICE HE TOLD ME TO COME RIGHT IN AFTER CHECKING OUT OUR TIRE HE FOUND THE TIRE HAD A DEFECT AND REPLACED THE TIRE AT NO CHARGE TO MY SHOCK ALL THE STAFF I DELT WITH WHEN I BOUGHT OUR CAR CAME OUT TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO FOR US .I TOLD THEM ALL WAS OK AND TAKEN CARE OF BY BILLY. I was fifteen minutes late for my appointment. Billy took the car right in. It turned out the repairs needed were more extensive than was first thought, but rather than keeping me at the dealership after w the car right in. It turned out the repairs needed were more extensive than was first thought, but rather than keeping me at the dealership after waiting for two hours, he helped get me into a rental car because I had an 80 year old relative with Parkinson's disease waiting for me to pick him up and take him grocery shopping. The rental car turned out to be a Nissan Rogue, which I enjoyed driving and will consider trading in my Altima for, down the road! Keep up the good work! More

Whenever I go to Nissan to get my car serviced they come up to me quickly I never have to wait very long. They ask why I'm here and if I have a service person I like to deal with and I always say Shant Ashi up to me quickly I never have to wait very long. They ask why I'm here and if I have a service person I like to deal with and I always say Shant Ashikian. He is always nice and friendly to me. He gives me updates on what needs to be done with my car and explains the reason why and the cost. He always works with me on the price of the service being done. Whenever I bring in my car no matter how busy they our I never seem to wait longer then 2 hours. This current service they found something wrong with my car I wasn't expecting and they had to keep it overnight to fix it. Shant explained what was wrong and I received a free rental car until mine was ready. The rental car was my make and model just a year newer. The next day after I got my car back we drove it home and wouldn't you know it the battery died. I was able to get a jump and took it right back to Nissan. They were quick getting a battery and replacing it at no charge to me even though it was no longer under warranty. I love Nissan cars and would recommend them to anyone. More
This is my 3rd purchase from Nissan, Souk is a very personable sales person, there has been times I was in for a service visit and if he saw me he spoke and whats surprising was he remembered my name w personable sales person, there has been times I was in for a service visit and if he saw me he spoke and whats surprising was he remembered my name which meant alot I wasnt just another face to him. Also Elsa in Customer service solved a problem for me whiche meant alot and it showed me that United Nissan does sincerely care about there customers. More
