Please just disregard all reviews I have writen here about United Nissan. Shortly after I submitted it United contacted me and offered to finally take my new Nissan Sentra into their dealership to addre about United Nissan. Shortly after I submitted it United contacted me and offered to finally take my new Nissan Sentra into their dealership to address my problem's I have with it, and the service department. It's about time! I do believe however that if it wasn't for this Dealer Review service I found on my own, and used it, they would not of responded to me. That is at this time the only complaint I have about United Nissan. We'll see how they follow thru when I get my car into them as they directed me to do. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for this Review service, and the very quick response it got from United Nissan. I would however like to leave my rating above the same "Very Bad" in all the categories I have marked, because they should of responded to my problems without my submitting a negative review before they done something.
