Nice dealership. A little hard to negotiate, at first wouldn't take no for an answer...but after about and hour of playing hard ball we were able to agree on a deal everything went smoothly. I was fifteen minutes late for my appointment. Billy took the car right in. It turned out the repairs needed were more extensive than was first thought, but rather than keeping me at the dealership after w the car right in. It turned out the repairs needed were more extensive than was first thought, but rather than keeping me at the dealership after waiting for two hours, he helped get me into a rental car because I had an 80 year old relative with Parkinson's disease waiting for me to pick him up and take him grocery shopping.
