A very smooth process. No one tried to high pressure us into buying upgrades or services we did not want. After trying to find a blue Kicks SV at the other Nissan dealers in Las Vegas we finally found a dealership that had some inventory. More
I have never had such a frustrating time trying to buy a car. I felt that I was doing them a favor by try to buy a car from them. I could never get them to give me any kind of written breakdown of the costs car. I felt that I was doing them a favor by try to buy a car from them. I could never get them to give me any kind of written breakdown of the costs/trade in. I never really knew where I stood. I guess that they feel they have the upper hand in the process. Seems like they do not need the business. VERY disappointing experience!! More
I had the pleasure of having Paul Willinger as my Service Advisor. I have been a faithful customer of another dealership for the past 20 years, but Paul has shown me that it's time to change! I’m a first time buyer, I worked with Sam. I told him from the beginning when we were talking on facebook that I only wanted to do about $500 down because i was planning on getting a used car. I told him from the beginning when we were talking on facebook that I only wanted to do about $500 down because i was planning on getting a used car. Keyword: PLANNING. Sam, after leaving me multiple times for 30 minutes at a time (I was there for about 6 hours in total) came back to tell me he found a car for me. I was so excited because I thought it would be in my budget! Unfortunately i was really shocked when Sam brought me out to a 2022 Nissan Kicks with 11 miles on it and had me test drive it. I knew there was no way I’d be able to afford a brand new car, I work at a sandwich shop for gods sake. Sam overall was really nice in the beginning but I disliked that he completely disregarded my requests as a customer. I, after being there for so many hours was so exhausted and ready to go home, but felt as if it was too late to back out. Sam told me the payments for the car were going to be $770 a month. That’s more than my paychecks, so it wasn’t doable. I also found out the registration was going to be about $500-$600 as well. which again, I couldn’t do that. When I brought the car back the next morning Sam was giving me so much side eye and attitude. Thank god my partner was there with me to keep me from being stomped on again and taken advantage of. First time buyers, stay away from this place. Yes, I made a mistake by going to a car dealership by myself without anyone and not standing up for myself. But I’m truly unhappy with united nissan. ALSO, apparently they can just take your car away and not give your money back after you’ve had it for a few days if the financing doesn’t go through. Disgusting right? LOLOL. The easiest part of this was bringing the car back and getting my $500 back. Screw you united Nissan. Don’t take advantage of young girls. More
Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with United Nissan. It started it out well enough and I ended up purchasing a vehicle from them. A week late I received a call from the finance department for mo Nissan. It started it out well enough and I ended up purchasing a vehicle from them. A week late I received a call from the finance department for more financial documents that verified my income (I had submitted them initially) this should of all been taken care of the day of purchase. Regardless I complied and a couple of hours later I was told that I would need to come in and re-sign a new contract. They were able to shave $2 off my monthly payment but had to extend my loan by three months. Which at my contractually agreed upon monthly payment of nearly $500 would tell you that’s a savings just barely over a hundred dollars for the life of the loan but an overall increase of nearly $1500. I told the gentleman I spoke with that those terms were not acceptable to me and that I’d like to return the vehicle and get a refund for the the $5000 down payment I made. The financial rep told me that that was an option (they legally have to if they’re unwilling to honor the signed contract) and we had made an arrangement to transfer the vehicle back to the dealer. An hour later I received another phone call from a different financial rep at the dealer. That told me returning the vehicle wasn’t an option and that they had in fact managed to save me $2 monthly without extending the length of the contract. I told him that I didn’t want to come down and re-sign a contract. The rep told me that we could do it over the phone and via a web link. Where I could review the documents and e-sign them. I decided to take a look but unfortunately the only way for me to view the documents in their entirety electronically I first had to sign them. Which I refused to do. I told the rep that I’d much prefer to return the vehicle at which point the rep became hostile and began patronizing my wife and I who were on speaker phone. The representative berated me for being foolish and unwillingly to sign a new contract that would save me a whopping $144 total. As I told that representative while I understand that the loss of a $144 might be impactful to his and some other households during these difficult economic times it would have no impact to mine, nevertheless my heart goes out to the less fortunate. In the end while those representatives tried to make it seem like they were out there figuratively pounding on tables while negotiating rates with lenders at the behest of my best interest it’s not necessary. Thanks, but no thanks for having my back United Nissan. You can’t bully your customers into altering a legally binding contract without giving them an opportunity to back out of said contract. I love the car. I love Nissan. I don’t love United Nissan. I don’t recommend anyone do any business with them whatsoever. While I’m aware that these practices exist it’s my first time having to deal with them first hand and sadly other people who have left reviews of this dealership have had similar experiences. Never let anyone bully you into to doing anything you feel uncomfortable with especially when it comes to your finances and never let anyone earn your business without fully deserving it. As the consumer the power of choice is yours. More

My issues with United Nissan are primarily directed to the service department. After buying my 2019 Nissan Sentra in 05/2019, after six months I started to notice that my transmission was revving extremel the service department. After buying my 2019 Nissan Sentra in 05/2019, after six months I started to notice that my transmission was revving extremely high and was not kicking into gear with low acceleration. I took my vehicle into the service department and ended leaving my car there because they said they couldn’t find out what was wrong with the transmission. They said they would put me in a rent a car(that they wanted me to pay for btw) because they didn’t know why the transmission was doing that. 4 days later of calling and no proper communication from the service advisor, I decided to talk to the service manager. The service manager said they were going to give us a new transmission and which the service advisor said it should be good for the next 40k miles. Huh!! What joke this place is. 3 months later after the new transmission, I had to come back again because of a ticking sound they are claiming has been there since I purchased the car. Not comfortable with taking my vehicle there any longer as I feel they are saying whatever they can to get out of this situation. FYI- all maintenance are up to date and have been done by this service Dept. Service Advisors-I’ve dealt with Paul nice but keep pushing me to purchase extra service on a vehicle that had 10k Andy- another nice service advisor but his lack of communication needs immediate help Carlos-tried to explain my situation he kept talking g over me and pushing the blame on Andy I am getting all documentation on the service that has been performed getting a second opinion, contacting the General Manager and or Owner of the dealership and ask them to please look into my issues on such anew vehicle. If those options do not work I will be forced to contact government entities that came help with this matter. More
