Came in because of correspondence I received from this Dealer. I remained to see if a deal could be made because the salesman said he could get the internet special pricing on the vehicle I test drove. Th Dealer. Their was minimal haggling, and at one point the salesman asked what price I had seen on the internet and after responding he said they would honor that price. The numbers got to a point of acceptability so we made deal. If their was an opportunity for improvement I would say the long processing time, we arrived 11am and left at 2:30pm. What we appreciated was the minimal negotiating; and it was very refreshing not to see antiquated practices like the vehicle we came to look at not being available or one in that price range, as well as not putting on the act of bringing out a closer or hammer. Our salesman was pleasant and we enjoyed working with him through the entire process. More

Since it was Halloween, I understand. When I was ready to pick up my car after paying, there was no one in the outdoor service area to release my car to me. I could see it there waiting to be dried after the wash, which I appreciate, but I had to walk around looking for somebody and finally flagged someone down to get someone else to help me. I will continue to use your service department, but you might want to give more thought to staffing needs when conducting a company-wide rally. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
