Since it was Halloween, I understand. When I was ready to pick up my car after paying, there was no one in the outdoor service area to release my car to me. I could see it there waiting to be dried after the wash, which I appreciate, but I had to walk around looking for somebody and finally flagged someone down to get someone else to help me. I will continue to use your service department, but you might want to give more thought to staffing needs when conducting a company-wide rally. Thanks for your attention to this matter. My 16 year-old car was on it's last leg and I thought I'd only qualify for another used car. Will and Isaac convinced me that, for the monthly payment I requested, I could lease a brand new Versa. I wanted something I could afford, had great gas mileage and was very reliable, they gave me everything I needed, plus made the process pain-free. I will recommend United Nissan to everyone! More
When we purchased the vehicle only one key was available because the guy we originally spoke over the phone with had the key with him at a tent sale that was going on. Odd considering the car was at the dealership and not the tent sale. Then, since we live out of state, I had my sister go by a week and a half later to pick it up and it could not be found. This was after I had spoken to Jerry in parts (we had also ordered a dash cover) and Ray stating that the key is there. Needless to say my sister left with my dash mat and no key. Approximately a half hour later they called and let her know they had found it. Now, another trip by my sister has to be made to go back to the dealership. Next, this morning I went to the DMV to register my vehicle only to find out they still have not received the paperwork from you. My temporary tag is due to expire in two days but fortunately I was able to purchase a 90 day temporary permit until they can get the paperwork. According to the DMV this paperwork (although I was told it had already been sent) usually takes 3-4 weeks to get so why do you only issue your permit for 14 days? So far, my whole experience has not been the greatest. More
We live in Denver and experienced a problem with our Altima. We were afraid to drive home until the problem was solved. When I called, Greg told us to come right over and he would take care of us. He arranged for a rental car while our car was serviced. We did not get the name of our mechanic, but he was great. He explained the problem and what he did to fix it. He assured us that our car was safe to drive back to Denver. I wish your dealership was in Denver. It's far superior to the dealers we've worked with here. Greg is an asset to your company. I had a call about trading in my Versa for a Juke. The gentleman that I spoke to on the phone first lied to me and stated to me that he guaranteed me that he would lower my interest rate as well as my pay gentleman that I spoke to on the phone first lied to me and stated to me that he guaranteed me that he would lower my interest rate as well as my payment. He also stated that he would make sure that my first registration would be paid in full by the dealership and that I would have no payments for 90 days. I HATE BEING LIED TO... I almost got up walked out and swore I would NEVER deal with United Nissan again after I found out I was lied to. When I came in I was blessed to end up dealing with Jason Babbitt, as well as Francisco Reteguin. After Jason pulled my credit he told me exactly what could be done and made no false promises and did not waste my time. In the beginning I was insistent on no money down and lower payments then my Versa which is what I was promised on the phone. After Jason pulled my credit he told me what could be done and worked very hard to get me the best deal that he could. I ended up leaving with the car that I wanted although the payments are more then I was paying the only thing that I am upset with Nissan about now is the fact that I have to cover the registration. Since I was promised on the first phone call that I would not have to pay it. Jason Babbitt, and Francisco Reteguin, are an asset to your team and should be commended for their customer service and honesty. I will deal with them again, and recommend customers to them. The other guy that I spoke to on the phone needs training in honesty as well integrity.
