Came in for a routine lube job but found out there were other maintenance items that needed repair. Ruben took the time to consult with a mechanic on the specific repairs needed and not only did he have t other maintenance items that needed repair. I thought this was useful and not someone telling you work needs to be done on your vehicle. He took the time to show me the areas that need repair.
