I have never been so upset, not even 6 months after getting my car, I have had NOTHING but trouble with it! Now the car sits because I am terrified to drive it after losing ALL power steering! Them find out my axel is bent from an accident my car was in years ago, that was never disclosed to us! I have email united, I have emails corporate, and regional! Not a xxxx thing has been done to help me! I see united Nissan all over the new doing good in the community but this wounded veteran family is constantly ignored! Shame on you! More
I recently bought my first new car and of course had very specific points that it had to meet. I was picky about the color, the features - I just knew what I wanted and there wasn't anybody who could talk me specific points that it had to meet. I was picky about the color, the features - I just knew what I wanted and there wasn't anybody who could talk me out of it - even at a lower price. I met with Christian the first time I stopped in & I guess we just had a personality clash but that was the worst experience of my life. I went to another dealership and was almost the same thing all over again!! I decided to go back to United because I had met with Meghan a few times and she seemed so willing to help. She connected me to Will and I had the greatest experience there. He was so attentive and listened to what I was saying. He knew what I wanted and found a way to help me get just that. He was incredibly nice, super friendly, very charming and charismatic and was just so willing to bend over backwards for me. Meghan was incredibly sweet and super helpful, too - I love stopping in because seeing these two brighten my day. I like that it didn't feel like the typical salesman-painful-pressuring-you experience like I felt with Christian. I added some accessories and got the windows tinted a few days ago and Carlos helped me out with that and he was just the same like those two. Everyone I worked with just showed outstanding customer service and they need a little bit of recognition for it because not everyone will take the time to share their experience but mine was so great and worth sharing, I just had to! Great job guys, keep it up & I can't wait for my oil change so I get to say hello again!;) Haha. Really though, best Nissan Dealership by far!! (: More
