We rented a vehicle from Steven the last week of March. He was every professional,courteous and helpful during our whole process. Our flight was late and although we arrived after their closing time, he had our keys and contract ready to go with the receptionist. They also waited the extra 1/2 hour for us to pick up our car. Upon returning my rental, Steven even drove me back to my hotel AFTER he already gotten off work! That was WAY above and beyond, customer service. I am currently back the dealership three weeks later, and Omar is still being awesome and helping me figure out the registration. The entire atmosphere of this place is very friendly very clean and everyone who works here is extremely friendly. Another person who stands out is the person who explained in detail everything my wife and I asked was Moses. The teamwork and morale of the team here really helped a lot. I am recommending anyone to come here for any dealership needs and if I’m ever in the market for another vehicle I’ll be sure to be back. More

I brought my 2021 Murano in for its 15,000 mile service. . I have to mention that I didn't get my Murano from your dealership when I got it, March of 2021, because your dealership didnt have what I was looki . I have to mention that I didn't get my Murano from your dealership when I got it, March of 2021, because your dealership didnt have what I was looking for, was told the color I wanted is very hard to get, and got lucky with 1 of the 4 Nissan dealerships in the area, I wasnt happy with the service being done on my Murano from the dealerships service department I got it from, I gave them 2 chances before I reached out to corporate who told me I can get my Murano serviced at any Nissan dealership and my warranty and the protection plan I purchased is also good, anyway I arrived at your dealership, got a friendly greeting, went inside and worked with Maverik Bodnar, he asked if I had my wheel lock key, I told him I wasn't given one, he told me I should have been given one when I got the vehicle, I told him I had a protection plan he couldn't look it up because I purchased it a the Nissan dealership that I got my Murano, so I had to go back to that dealership get a wheel lock key, and copies of my protection plan, drove all the way back to your dealership, Maverik then entered all the info into your system, called the company that I purchased the protection plan from, to get info he needed, come to find out , which wasn't explained to me at the other Nissan dealership that the company that provides that protection plan pays a portion of the service done on my Murano that day and going forward, he showed me the price of what it would cost for my 15,000 mile service and everything that would be done on my Murano, and then told me that the company that I have the protection plan with would be paying $50 towards the service being done on Murano, I also informed him that my tires were not being rotated properly, and he said it would be taken care of, also when he showed me the service being done on my vehicle I noticed change cabin filter, I told him I wasn't told there was a cabin filter in my Murano, anyway a 8:00 appointment after the running back and forth turned into your service department starting on my vehicle around 10:00, when my vehicle was done I asked the service tech what the cabin filter looked like, he said it was falling apart, and the tires were cross rotated, everything was taken care of, side note, I purchased a 2014 Altima from your dealership and would have liked to give you business when getting my 2021 Murano, again the color I have is very hard to get in and to this date only one of the four Nissan dealerships in the area have gotten that color in, and in a Platinum, anyway, great customer service from Maverick and the service department!! I brought my Murano in on June 22nd More
