Service adviser I worked with was very friendly, when I was finally able to meet with one, despite having an appointment. Though considering the after sale service I have received from United Nissan I was not surprised. While they have a nice facility the poor management is evident in every aspect of the place. From insanely high pressure sales team, to a complete lack of after sale service the poor quality management is definitely evident. This is first and last Nissan I will ever purchase. It may be a good brand, but this dealership has thoroughly ensured my complete lack of trust in this brand. More

I have been a Nissan Customer since 2001 and this has been the worst experience that I have ever had to deal with in the last 14 years! It has changed my whole perspective on what type of company Nissan been the worst experience that I have ever had to deal with in the last 14 years! It is true one bad apple can spoil the fruit tree and that is exactly what Karl Forman has done for me. He was completed unclear about the service plans that were included in my purchase and does everything to try and make a quick buck than what is right for Nissan customers. He even threatens to fire his employees and tries to interrogate and insult his customers. More
