Shant not only showed genuine concern but worked with my warranty and owned the issue from the beginning. My concerns were put at ease and service was done in a timely, friendly, manner by Shant. Unrelenting harassment by salesforce I purchased the car in March 2011. I signed a contract and put $4,000 down. I was promised an incentive for a test drive and another for favorably completing Nissan's customer service survey. The final contract came in with a higher interest rate and $50 more per month. I needed the car, I decided to take it. Neither incentive arrived. I contacted Nissan corporate who asked the dealer about them. The dealership lied and said they never offered any incentives. I had emailed their service department twice for quotes, no response either time. Then the harassment started in 2013. Every couple of months phone calls to see if I wanted to refince my car with them. No thank you. Repeatedly, calls at home, work and emails. Finally this year in April 2014 I filed a BBB complaint to make it stop. United said it would. Two months later they were back. Another complaint filed with BBB. Promises by their personnel it would. Last week, first of August they were back, with an incentive to test drive a new car. This is deceitful, dishonest dealership. I would never, ever purchase any product from this dealership again. More

Dishonest People No one really tries or want to help loyal customers. From service department to consumer affairs each blame each other for not stepping up to help a a No one really tries or want to help loyal customers. From service department to consumer affairs each blame each other for not stepping up to help a almost 10yr. customer who purchase every single car I have ever had from United Nissan and brought them several customers. I would never purchase another Nissan Cecile or refer anyone to Nissan. They truly don't put the customer first. It's very sad and disappointing but I have learned from this experience and well never repeat it again. More
