I was skeptical about the letter I received saying that they can do most of the work before even getting there. Christian Larsen was great. The finance guy Camilo and Bonnie were quick and efficient. Camilo made sure I had gap insurance like I requested. I hope after reading some reviews that I don't have any finance problems falling through. More

Wonderful salesman I was looking to get a used car. I goggled about a car. It said it was at United Nissan. I went there and showed Chris Cadot the car I wanted to see. Bunch of liars, sales hungry and conniving people! If we can give this dealership 0 star rating we will. It's beyond negative what we had just experience. We came here 3 weeks ago because we had gotten letter about getting approved and we spoke w Christian Larsen on the phone and pretty much said he will do everything on his end first before we come in to make sure he can get us in a car. So he called and said we're good to go. We came in the next day, was kind of given the run around trying to put us in a car we didn't like which is understandable because credit isn't the best right now but we were firm not to fall in it again so we said we're just gonna walk and wait. But the manager victor stopped us and said what about if we can get you into a Nissan Altima 2016 for sure, he had us look and drive it when we agreed because it was a beautiful car. Now 3 weeks later they called said we need to bring the car in due to title white slip. So my husband having to work 3rd shift he came in without sleep twice, because the first time Christian said it's not ready and that they need the car in. So we came in today to do the vin check and come to find out they're plan was to take the car AWAY because something w financing issues. I guess they're protocol is to LIE to they're customer about coming back to bring the car so they would have no way of getting home because after they said turn the car in and we're gonna put u in a small tiny car you don't want and you don't take it pretty much screw you. The Supposedly top sales man Christian yelled at my husband pretty much saying that my husband got FREE car for 3 weeks which is a bunch of xx because we paid gas,our credit was ran, paid insurance so no we didn't drive the car for free. It wasn't our fault they couldn't finalized they're deal before we left the day of sale. The disrespect we got from Christian Larsen was beyond 0 we had never gotten treated the way he treated us. Getting in my husbands face knowing that we were both upset already due to the situation and the nerve of him acting like all cool nothing happened I didn't just fu**** up someone's day was so messed up. I would not recommend this dealership or this guy Christian Larsen, I wonder why this dealership only has 3 star rating. All they care about is sales and they sweet talk your xxx and then when it's they're fault and u have to return the vehicle and they can't make sales they treat you like xxxx because you didn't want to take they're car of choice that they're trying to push on you.unbelievable customer service. I did talk to victor, he got us a ride back thank god because Christian didn't give one shi* about us. So that's the only somewhat good I can say they did is they didn't let us walk home. Other than that this place is a JOKE.. if you do want to get a car from them see RUBEN his a nice guy and honest.will treat you w respect not like Christian who can't even remember his customers name. Lies,lies,lies, I want to retract my last review, this dealership set us up on a yo-yo first we had financing then we didn't then we did with out our trade.
