Sales is great. Service is very bad. I purchased a Pathfinder and was told to pick the vehicle up the next day at 5:30. I went to pick up the vehicle and had to wait an hour and a half I purchased a Pathfinder and was told to pick the vehicle up the next day at 5:30. I went to pick up the vehicle and had to wait an hour and a half as it was not ready and it was being serviced. A week later I went to show a friend the engine as he was interested in buying a Nissan.. The hood would not close. I called Nissan and I was talked to as if I were an idiot, in a very condescending manner... When I would not hang up till I got and answer I was told they would tow it the next day. I had no way of getting home. After talking with 3 people at the dealership I was told to drive it to the dealer and they would give me a loaner. When I arrived there was no loaner and the service manager John decided to fix it. They did not put protection from their feet in the vehicle. No respect for others property.. After a half hour they brought the car out to me and did not want to explain what the problem was just that it was fixed.. THE PROBLEM IT WAS NEVER SERVICED.THE PACKING WAS STILL UNDER THE HOOD. KEEPING IT FROM CLOSING. NO APOLOGY., JUST VERY ARROGANT RESPONSES. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE THERE. I purchased the vehicle at the end of May 2019. The last time any service was done was November 2018.. BAIT-&-SWITCH WORST DEALERSHIP on the planet they gave me a deal with a brand new Nissan Rogue sport all-wheel drive with $2,300 down and two weeks later they're as WORST DEALERSHIP on the planet they gave me a deal with a brand new Nissan Rogue sport all-wheel drive with $2,300 down and two weeks later they're asking for it back because the financial company allegedly messed up! Financial companies don't just mess up within a two-week period. Once they get your money the don't care about you Everything seemed like it was going good. We took delivery and then when we got home and parked in garage low light we noticed a dent under the paint Everything seemed like it was going good. He did not even want to see It! CARLOS SAID we dented it on the drive home. Then we found out that finance manager had denied there is a lemon law in nevada.WRONG! there is absolutely a lemon law in Nevada! Rude once they get your money they don't care about you or as a future customer. We were going to buy a Rouge but changed our mind after our experience. Nissan North America is great! We contacted them and they are refunding our cost of repair $155. We went to Dent Dr. And they fixed it great customer service from both Dent Dr. and Nissan North America and Costco auto program. CARLOS would not return phone calls to Nissan North America, Costco and to this date NO ONE from Nissan of Reno has reached out to us to apologize as they said they would to both Nissan North America and Costco. Don't buy there! More
