I went in, was straight forward with what I was looking for, and didn't bother them about reducing the price since the pricing is already designed to sell. Test drove the vehicle, liked it, asked if I could run a carfax on it, checked out, and purchased the vehicle. Before looking, I had read some negative reviews about United Imports that state things about lack of inventory, car faxes being wrong, scams, rude service, cars they were looking for or that they didn't want to bargain, etc. Most reviews came from disgruntled people that had 1 -5 reviews on other businesses all of which were also 1 star. These yelpers take joy in ruining business reputations rather than owning up to their own issues. There are some valid reviews though and I'm sure the staff dealt with it. Don't believe me.......take a look for yourself.... Here's my verdict: United Imports is a volume dealer and at the core of it, they are a dealership, not a customer service/experience mecca. They buy cars at the same auctions as the flagship dealers of Mercedes and BMW, except they don't mark it up as much because they want to get it out the door fast.... It's basic business. Sure, I didn't get to sit in a nice comfy chair as they bought me coffee while they asked about my day; and they didn't give me a nice Mercedes Benz jacket as a thank you for purchasing a vehicle, etc. but they were friendly enough to show me a vehicle, allow me to drive it, and then walk me through the process of buying it. Don't blame the dealership if the cars has issues a few months later. At the volume that these guys are moving cars, it's bound to happen. Face the fact that you took a risk and purchased a pre-owned vehicle. My friends who don't want to deal with that just go right down to Mercedes, pay 60k+ for a brand new vehicle, and enjoy it for the next 5 years before it starts giving them trouble. If cars didn't give you trouble then the car industry would go out of business and mechanics wouldn't exist. It shouldn't be that surprising. Reminder......its a USED car dealership. Overall Advice: They have GREAT pricing and the cars are in good shape so they sell as fast as they get them. DO your research, be prepared, call in advance, look at a recent carfax, then make a decision to buy a car like a grown adult. Once you buy it, own it; accept that it is a used vehicle that still has factory warranty. If something goes wrong, go to a flagship dealer and use the warranty :-) Overall Car ?/5 (we'll see in 6 months i guess...) Value 5/5 Ambiance 3/5 Service 4/5 More

Had my eye on a 535i, and went to see it at an uncovered parking lot on the other side of the street. Looks really similar to an auction lot, the store itself is neat and has the nice cars but keeps the other cars in a whatever as-is condition outside. Some cars are really worn out, smells off, scratched up, etc. while other cars may be okay or in great condition. Seems like a dealer to try out your luck to see if you can hit a jackpot. But I didn’t today. Also they are quite rude, came in from Arizona and went to the dealer in a rental car, and one of the workers says to me “what is this xxxx, xxxxty car...” quite funny hahaha but rude. More
