Uax, had to know this review was coming. Purchased my wife a 2015 Audi Q5 TDI. Only reason I got it from uax was they where the only ones that had a TDI for sale with-in a reasonable distance to me. Nothing overly great. I let go the extra $500 joon tacked on the price that he thought I missed but I saw him do it and decided to not make a big deal out of it (definitely a mistake). When I drove the car I noted the side assist was not working and they promised to get it fixed. They made us drive the 1.5 hours back to them to drop it off and gave us a garbage loaner. One would think they would give us something close to the Audi Q5 we purchased no they gave us a filthy, base model rattle trap Hyundai Genesis that I had to be jumped twice due to a dead battery and had a leak in a tire. They had the q5 for a month trying to get there own mechanic to fix it. Something I told them to not do. But they thought they new better than me. After a month constantly making excuses and outright lying to me about what was happening with the car they failed to fix it and finally took it to Audi. Who had to fix everything they did as they didn’t do it right. After The loaner died a second time they tried to get me to bring it back to them at which point I told them to come get it if they wanted it back. Took them 4 days but they finally did swap it out for a Mercedes which was finally a good car. Three more weeks and we finally had our q5 back. Which I had to go pick up. The only thing they did to “make up” for everything was to make our first car payment. Which would have been good if I didn’t have to remind them 3-4 times to make the payment after it was almost two weeks late (guess I got my $500 they over charged me back). All in all I would never recommend them and strongly encourage you to find someplace else to get your next car. Btw uax a phone call and apology from the owner would have gone a long way but I guess he is too busy to care about his customers!!! He should have been there when I picked the car up to apologize!!! More

Very bad experience buying here. I noticed an issue with the brake pedal and the salesman Uri tried to convince me that was how Audi’s feel. The manager said they noticed something was wrong and offered to the brake pedal and the salesman Uri tried to convince me that was how Audi’s feel. I get the car almost two weeks later with the same issue only to take it to Audi and find out that it’s dangerous, not drivable, and going to take another $1080 to fix and a contamination that will possibly cause more problems down the line. They are terrible with communication; I finally had a manger call me, only after a bad review, offering to send me a check for not even half of what the repair would cost. They don’t care if they sell you a bad car. Go somewhere else where they care about what they sell you and make things right. More
