This business is a TOTAL SCAM! I traded in my Audi on January 5 that needed an engine replacement per Firestone (which I told them and they were fully aware of). I put 12k down with my trade in and they claimed they were a platinum dealer with Capital One and had a great relationship which is who my Audi's car loan was with and is who the Lincoln loan is with. Here it is almost 2 MONTHS LATER, I've called and emailed at least 15 times between the two because my Audi is STILL NOT PAID OFF and is in their posession. I've had to pay TWO car notes on it in addition to the car note on my Lincoln. I told them if they did not pay my car off and get back to me by Thursday Feb 22 that I was going to file a complaint on every site possible, take my story to the press (stay tuned for that) and pursue legal action which I will be doing now. I visited the dealership in person and drove 30 miles just to see the sign has been removed, a realtor pad lock was on the door and most of their cars were gone (but I could still see my Audi through the glass and took picture). This is HORRIBLE that they scammed me out of 12k that I BARELY had and now I'm still on the hook with Capital One for a car loan on a vehicle that isn't even in my position anymore! I have cried profusely these past few days over how horrendous this business is and how I couldn't possibly regret my experience more. DO NOT EVER SHOP WITH THEM!!!! More

I will start by saying that I do not want to write this review. Unfortunately, after several attempts to work out a reasonable solution, I have been ignored told that due to state law the dealership has n review. I purchased a vehicle on June 21st, which was delivered on June 24th. The first time I drove the vehicle the engine continued to run after the key was removed. I notified the dealership about the issue right away. After two more weeks of chasing the issue, and several unreturned messages from the dealership, I was finally told to have a diagnostic report sent to the dealer from a mechanic. The report indicated several severe engine issues. All of which showed as historical codes that had been deleted previously. The recommendation was a full engine replacement. I wanted to make sure that we were given the correct advice, so I received two additional reviews of the vehicle. All came back the same. Each one warned me of the significant dangers of driving the vehicle any distance outside of my immediate surroundings. None of them knew of the others recommendations. Upon sharing these findings with the dealership, I was told that each one of these mechanics were not reputable (without know who they were) and they would not honor any of the reports. I offered to take the vehicle to a mechanic in my city of the dealerships choice. They declined. The only option was to pay out of my pocket to have it towed back to the dealership. Unfortunately, I have spent all of the funds I have on purchasing the vehicle, so another $1,000 for towing was not an option. I was told by the dealership that I should borrow the money... I am not expecting an engine replacement. However, I do expect to receive a vehicle in working order, as advertised, that I paid market value for. Unfortunately, the dealership is choosing to ignore my concerns after several attempts to work through the issue. I have been told, by the dealership, several times that they have no further responsibility due to Illinois State Law. It is becoming clear that this dealership is purposefully exploiting these laws to mislead and take advantage of customers. Upon further research on the Better Business Bureau, I am not the first customer that has had this issue. All I want is a vehicle that operates without immediate failure. That is what I paid for but did not receive from this dealership. More

I was dealing with Perry all the time and they lied, cheated, scammed, stole from me. We came from Michigan to purchase a bmw a couple weeks ago. It had a check engine light on it. We agreed that they will fix it in 3days. After 10 days they said the car was ready. We picked up the car and we went to the mechanic to double check that they fixed it guess what? they didn't fix it, they just deleted the code. I called them and they blamed their mechanic and told us they would fix it. It took 10 more days again and finally they shipped our car to Michigan. First day I drove the car and check engine was back again . I called them again they said they will return the car and give all of our money back. I asked them 2 times and they confirmed that they will not keep anything from us. We drop the car and they said to us that they canceled the loan when they dont even requested cancelation. After 3weeks of calling them everyday they finally canceled. I went to the shop to take the full down payment check and guess what they said they will keep money from my down payment because they waste time and they need to get paid. It Is the worst experience ever. More
