Heather provided timely quotes over email and phone as my wife and I were debating the exact set of options we wanted to order. I found that many of the other Ford dealerships in the area insisted I come in to talk to a sales manager to get a quote on a special order (which I usually read as high pressure to follow). The quoted price was great. The follow up with Mary Beth once we had the order pretty much squared away was seamless. Mary Beth had us come in to get an up close look at the colors we were deciding on. Again, no pressure the whole way. When it came time to take delivery Glenn the business manager walked us through the add on options such as extended service plan, etc. with no pressure - it was purely a here is what we have, here's what it'll run you, here's what I can do for you if you combine x, y, & z. I can't recommend this dealership enough. I've had experiences buying new vehicles at two other Ford dealerships in the area and both left me with a bad taste in my mouth to the point I never want to go back. I'll be going back when I need another vehicle and recommend it to all my friends who are looking for Fords. More

From the first phone call to the close of the deal our knowledge as consumers was respected and heard. It was as seamless a process as I can imagine -- and quick! The low pressure environment (sales staff on salary) really fit our needs. We were under time constraints which was respected - I would expect most dealers to up the pressure when I tell them we are tight on time and that just wasn't the case. We ended up with what we wanted at a price we were happy with (no root canals here - felt like a partnership!). It is a well named dealership as I can truly say we had a 'unique' experience buying our first brand new car. Low pressure, friendly atmosphere, real people...we would highly recommend Unique Ford. My experience with Unique Ford was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was very friendly. Very easy to work with I wasn't even sure if I could purchase a vehicle. They made it happened. I was in urgent need of a new truck to replace the one that was lost in an accident. I was very firm on what I wanted because it needed to match my old truck. To make matters more difficult I was on vacation with my family but Dennis and Heather work with me by phone, internet and e-mail to find exactly what I wanted. When I returned from vacation I made a visit to their dealership to look at other colors and options because the search was turning up nothing. Dennis was not happy with me "settling on" something so he suggested I sit with him and line out my most desired options so we could attempt to locate the truck one more time. To my amazement he found the truck and within hours after working out the deal my new truck was on the way to Unique Ford. Two days later I was driving my new truck. I must say I received a great deal with respect to price and the folks at Unique Ford are very friendly folks who care about what you want. The day of delivery Dennis spent over an hour going through all of the truck setup details and showed me all of the features in great detail. I can’t say enough about this dealership they are great and helped me get back on the road with exactly what I wanted. Thanks Unique Ford! More
When I first called the dealership I spoke to Heather on the phone. She answered all my questions with no pressure. When I arrived at the dealership one hour before closing I was greeted at the door. During the negotiation process Marvin Martin was courteous and respectful the whole time. During the process business hours have expired. Not once was I pressured so they could go home. They were patient and understanding. I left that evening with no signed agreement because I wanted to discuss with my family and sleep on it. They understood and was patient with me needing the additional time to make my decision. the next morning I was contacted and decided to go ahead with the purchase. 5 hours later when I was able to return the F-150 was all cleaned and waiting to be taken home. The finance department explained all my options and answered all my questions with no pressure. Marvin took all the time I needed and went through the truck and explained all the features and answered all my questions. Not once did he allow himself to be interrupted while going through the process with me. I had his complete attention through the whole process. Something other dealerships can learn from. I will strongly recommend Unique Ford to all my friends and family! More

I think the best word to describe her -- even more than "helpful" -- is SUPPORTIVE. When finally I made my choice, after considering also the valuable thoughts and perspective of Unique Ford's Service Chief (Mike), the General Manager, Joe, was able to make possible for me the car that Leigha and I found to be right at a price which was both fair and right! I really like my "new" car, and I look forward to telling my friends and colleagues about my experience at Unique Ford. THANKS, so much! More
Y’know I drove away last night feeling like I didn’t get screwed. I felt everything was fair and fairly straightforward. More specifically I don't think they were trying to screw me. I expected to pay around a certain price and got about within a few hundred dollars of that. They gave me better than I expected on my Trade. I know they made some money off of the deal, but that's how it works, they aren't going to sell something below cost, otherwise they would be out of business. The sales associate was particularly not pushy. He was willing to let us walk if we weren't ready to buy or wanted to think about it more and was totally ok with it. (We had multiple conversations where he asked us if we wanted to think about it and come back but we decided no, this was the car [after a lot of searching and probably 15 test drives]). Financing was straightforward and the finance guy was easier to deal with than the past two cars we've purchased at other dealers. We walked in wanting a particular vehicle that they had in stock, it was in the right color, style, year and had the right features. We have good credit so we knew what to expect for interest rates and had hard lines of where we wanted to be with everything. Bottom line: Know your credit, know the value of your trade, know the value of what you are buying and know what you want to spend on it and be ok with it, and it will probably work out. My only "complaint" would be that I wish they were a little faster with pulling all the paperwork together as we spent quite a time waiting on printing paper. But that was minor. I've had a couple of questions for them after the sale and they have been really helpful. More
Admittedly I went to Unique because they had the specific truck that I wanted. I was far from ready to buy that day but they made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and were extremely friendly. I w truck that I wanted. I was also under the impression from cars i have purchased before that my current employer could get me discounts. I told unique Ford I was eligible as I thought I was. These guys stepped up to the plate big time and honored the price we had all talked about. This is above and beyond what I could have expected. All around Great People !! More
