Was Referred to Unique Auto Mall by a salesperson at Prestige Auto Group because the BMW X5 that I wanted to purchase was available at their “sister” lot. Husband and I with our kids, drove 15 mins to get to Unique Auto Mall and was greeted by a very friendly lady at reception. The showroom was pristine and very clean as was their vehicles out in the lot. Was introduced to Paulo my “sales-rep” who was kind and polite, I told him what car I was interested in getting and he brought it out for a test-drive. He parked the car near the front of the dealership right next to the windows near the flower bushes, we did a walk-around inspection and took the car for a test drive. I then went inside to “close-the-deal”. Paulo took all my financial information and as he was doing this, I informed him that I was already pre-approved through “Capital One Auto Finance” and he assured me that it would not be a problem. Once finished, he asked me to wait a few minutes while a”Manager” looked over the application. Now comes the interesting part. After waiting a few minutes, here comes “The Manager” Mickey a small-statured muscled man who by the looks of it had been in more than a few situations that would warrant for one to be buff….. I digress, anyhow, Mikey, with a loud boisterous voice announces to the whole showroom that my credit score was not good enough to purchase a $50k car. Not perturbed and knowing that he did not know that I had a pre-approval, I calmly told him that my score was good enough and that I had already received a a pre-approval from one of their preferred banks, “Capital One”. I guess this was the catalyst that lighted a fuse in Mikey, because now, he got even louder and rude. He announced again, to the whole showroom that that was not an approval but just some “numbers “ that did not include “dealer fees”, “state taxes”, “warranty”, “LoJack”, “gap insurance” and god knows how many “other fees”……. So, away he goes, huffing and puffing, and comes back with a “better deal” which included a higher down payment, monthly payment (than what I was pre-approved for) dealer fees LoJack and “state taxes”…… I calmly informed him that Idid not want extras (No Lo-jack, No gap insurance, no Warranty), but this did not sit well with “Huff-n-Puff Mikey”, who by now was like a Bull ready to gore a Matador. With “steam coming out of his nostrils”, he loudly stated, that no cars are to be sold without Lo-Jack and that he also had to make money and that this was a “great deal” he was presenting me. I then asked him to wait while I spoke to my husband about he “deal” ( he was waiting patiently in the car with the kids and I explained to him Mikey’s deal). I then turned to Mikey and told him that we would think about this ”great deal” and stood up to get ready to leave….. Mikey did not like this at all, and he wanted to bait me into a “better deal” which took him about 5 mins to come back with. Seeing that I was not budging and taking “bait”, he angrily walked away, shouting at me and announcing to the whole showroom again, that he was down to his best deal and that “sweetheart, you should take it or leave it, coz that’s the best I can do”. Well, by now “this sweetheart” had had just about enough of this guy, so I gathered my paperwork and waddled my 7- month pregnant self out of this ridiculous dealership with my head held high, knowing that I had dodged a big-bullet. Come to later find out that theme bmw x5 had been in a collision and that the side that was hidden in the bushes while doing the inspection was the side that had been damaged, thus the reason why Paulo, had parked it next to the bushes….. My last parting words of advice to potential buyers: DO NOT BUY FROM Unique Auto Mall or Prestige Auto Group! They are scammers who will get every penny out of un-knowing naive buyers who do not know any better. Would proudly give them a Negative Star Raging if it was available. BEWARE! SCAMMERS with BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
Let me tell you about what these dirt bags did. My beautiful wife finished paying off her 2017 Honda Accord Touring and wanted to trade it in for a nice 2019 Acura MDX. Told her the truck was mint no beautiful wife finished paying off her 2017 Honda Accord Touring and wanted to trade it in for a nice 2019 Acura MDX. Told her the truck was mint no problems and still had factory warranty. After adonis helped sell her the car it didnt even make it a day after she signed and got financing. Dashboard lit up like a christmas tree charging system failure needed a Jumpstart the next morning. Took to a real acura dealership under warranty to see whats wrong and guess what? The car is not in good shape. Their vehicle report showed 1 accident no airbags deployed. Low and behold acura verified with 100% certainty they had in fact deployed and there was significant structural damage cracked motor mounts(the things that keeps the engine in place!!!) damage to the charging system electrical problems and a dead steering wheel no horn no buttons work nothing. They sold her a big fat rat. And the manager the only one with a sliver of a conscience was the only reason im not giving 1 star. He knew exactly what he did selling that car and bought it back and reversed the finance. But thats not all. They had already sold my wifes trade in so now she doesnt have a car and if i didnt work nights we would really be in a bind. To think that a dealership could, and in fact did, sell a car with structural damage and take advantage of a mother sitting there with my 6 year old son and let them drive off the lot with that car.. i mean how low can you go. If you're a man, and I mean a real man or woman, with a mother or a son daughter or wife and you would do anything for your family do not let them roll the dice with their life by buying a car from these animals. Some things are more important than making a buck. Unique automall VPLP More
Beware!! This place is managed by an excon!! A tiny little guy named "Mikey" Mike Martinez who claims to be the manager is actually a thug wannabe!!. Went in to get a car with trade in and actually met little guy named "Mikey" Mike Martinez who claims to be the manager is actually a thug wannabe!!. Went in to get a car with trade in and actually met some nice staff members. However, during negotiations a "manager" was called to supposedly close the deal. The experience went from very pleasant to extremely rude within 1 minute of the Mike Martinez sitting on the table. Simply because we wanted to point out a calculation error on their price breakdown. He went into explitive laced tirade and we had to leave the premises abruptly due to him beign utterly rude and his using of extremely obscene vulgar. A great deal of self restraint was made to risk whopping his xxx and getting arrested. If you have dignity and self respect by all means avoid this place at all cost. Yan Chertok the Dunhill group owner would be notified of this disgusting behavior. More

BEWARE OF FEES! This was easily the worst dealership experience I've ever had. Went to see an Audi advertised at $27k, and after sitting down with Brandon, he comes back with $34k AFTER our trade in was experience I've ever had. Went to see an Audi advertised at $27k, and after sitting down with Brandon, he comes back with $34k AFTER our trade in was valued. They wanted to charge us 10% dealer fee, destination, lojack, documents, and more that wasn't disclosed until we pressed for details. Brandon got very annoyed when we challenged all this, plus a $3000 warranty they tried to slide into the details. After pulling teeth to get these charges explained, we were talked down to the rest of the visit, and he argued that "they're a business, they have to make money too". Combative and rude is an understatement. We could've bought a brand new Audi off the lot for what they tried to get us to pay. Take your money elsewhere, Unique is shady and preys on less informed customers. Truly disappointing for a luxury dealership. More

Really bad customer service. The car we had gone down to see was not there. No courtesy to even call and let the customer know. We travelled 76 miles to the dealership. If it’s their sales tactics it’s A ve see was not there. No courtesy to even call and let the customer know. We travelled 76 miles to the dealership. This place is a joke. I picked up a Genesis G80 from them almost a month ago. Thankfully the car is in great shape but upon picking up the car it was NOT detailed at all. Had like quarter of a tank of gas. S almost a month ago. Thankfully the car is in great shape but upon picking up the car it was NOT detailed at all. Had like quarter of a tank of gas. So I brought it to my mechanic & he finds a few things & thankfully they were under the manufacturer warranty. He also tells me all 4 wheels are bent. I had the car less than two weeks before I took it to my mechanic. I called a few times but only once was I able to speak to this manager Mike. He of course tells me he'll look into it. I called back a few times & suddenly he's not around. If it wasn't for the factory warranty & the car's condition I would have just walked out. I've told every person I know about them. Very unprofessional. More
Fees. While that is all that is needed to be said, I'll say some more: I recently visited Unique Auto Mall to view a 2011 BMW M3 that was advertised for $22,890. What was not advertised were the fees; to t say some more: I recently visited Unique Auto Mall to view a 2011 BMW M3 that was advertised for $22,890. What was not advertised were the fees; to the tune of approximately 20%. They wanted to charge a Destination Fee, a Delivery Fee, a LoJack Fee and I believe there might have been another fee. The total price came out to $29k. The funny part is that the car was a trade-in. It didn't cost them anything to bring this used car onto their lot. I'm not sure if that included tax/title/tags or not so I deducted tax and that comes out to about 20% in fees. After some haggling I got the car down to $24.5k, which is honestly a fair price, however they wouldn't sell it for the advertised price as they still required a $1300 delivery fee and $695 Lojack fee. I drove a 6 hour round trip to see this car and left in the same car I arrived in. The only reason I've given this review 2 stars is because the car was as described. On top of this, I never got to test drive the car as they wanted to make a preliminary deal. Odd, but fine. That's when I discovered the fees. Meanwhile, another salesman "borrowed" the keys to the M3 and gave another couple a test drive. He even had them leave through the one-way entrance so his bosses wouldn't see he was trying to sell the car out from under my salesman. Truly a cut-throat group of people I want no part of. More
