Both cars had water damage and musty smell. 🚩second red flag: “all cars come with low jack service because of COVID related issues” this is a service YOU have to pay for and is included in your loan. Sales person mentioned this is the only commission he makes which would make sense why this number changes with the vehicle. 🚩🚩🚩biggest & third red flag: they are shady with their numbers and paperwork. I asked for the paperwork over five times. Jose kept saying they have the best warranty, but would not give me info on it, paperwork that I signed and kept saying “they will go over it with you before you leave” I paid for a warranty from the dealership that I was told “would cover everything and anything, 100% for 4 years with no cost to me” I thought too good to be true. I kept getting reassured it was true. I signed the paperwork for the car and a trade in, I READ EVERY PAPER carefully and DID NOT sign a warranty contract. I was told I would sign warranty contract when I picked up the car from the shop in a week, there was a leak from the sunroof that was getting replaced. After getting my keys I had to wait 40 minutes for the paperwork to finally be rushed out with an envelope saying thank you here’s your warranty. I NEVER SIGNED THIS. My signature was copied into their contract from other paperwork. I took my time to review everything I was signing because I was very curious what the warranty fine print would be and again, I DID NOT SIGN the contract for the warranty. Of course I was screwed, There is a deductible, it’s not 100% and kicks in after manufacture warranty expires so I will only have about two of the four years I was told. I paid for a 4 year warranty and will only get 2. I paid almost 3k for this warranty, the loan was increased by over 5k with their outrages packages they added on. Apparently I was supossed to feel grateful that the sunroof damage and carpets were replaced at no charge to me because of the leak, no sir, this car would not have gotten sold without these repairs. I have called my sales person Jose many times, he is either at lunch or doesn’t return my call. He said he had no idea that this was the case. Read your paperwork thoroughly, they add warranty, add your signature to other pages ILLEGALLY, low jack, transportation fee and some other car shield something (that there is no info on getting this product). Their pitch is they are selling services and not just adding cost but they are useless services and the prices for all of them change with the vehicle. It’s super shady. I waited a month before my review trying to give the dealership time to contact me but I think my sales person was just waiting for me to get tired of calling him which I am. All the other reviews say the same about their shadiness and numbers not adding up. My monthly payment would be over $150 lower without their useless packages they forced me to add on. This is not the first time I buy a car and no most cars aren’t sticker price but actually cheaper, most dealerships do not add on sketchy services that make the end user completely inconvenient to even use. I would have to jump through hoops to use their warranty. I hope the commission you made off my sale was worth this negative review, shady people, shady business. They have multiple auto malls all under different names that alone is sketchy. The average person doesn’t have the time to seek legal advice on this issue so these reviews are imperative for future customers to see the way they do business. The cost I would pay in deductible for this warranty I can just pay a mechanic and would be way cheaper. Make it make sense!!! Scam.com. More
I drove over 2 hours to look at a car advertised for $12,500. Went for a test drive and then went in dealership to work out a deal. Approximately $1,500 for two kinds of anti theft crap (car comes with anti theft built in), and a $2,000 transportation fee was added to the asking price. I asked what the transportation fee was and was told it's the cost they pay to pick up the vehicle and bring it to their dealership. I absolutely refused to pay for either the anti theft or the transportation fee. After heading towards the exit door the price magically dropped to $11,000. After much debate I counter offered with 10,000 and ended up paying $10,200. Luckily I didn't pay more. I had been told a 120 point inspection has been done on the car. I'm not sure what they inspected but when I took it for inspection ( I live in Pa), it failed badly. Breaks and rotors were needed all around the car. There was an exhaust leak. The top motor mount was broken. And both tires on the back were dry rotted. It cost me another $1,600 to get my car road legal. They also wanted to charge me New Jersey taxes which I said I would pay for in Pa when I transferred the title. Thankfully I didn't pay the N.J. taxes as I still would have had to pay them in Pa. I was given a temporary plate with a 1 month expiration date and was told I'd have my title in 2 weeks so I could transfer to Pa plates. After 5 weeks of waiting( I couldn't drive the car since temp plate had expired), I had to call the dealership and demand my title be overnighted or I was contacting the better business bureau. Now that everything has been transfered to my name and state and everything has been repaired I really like the car. My best advice about this business is Buyer Beware!! They will scam you if they can! More
I drove three hours to test drive a Toyota Tundra that was advertised for $19,900. I was prepared to purchase the vehicle, so I sat down with the salesman to make a deal. While I was waiting, I read several Yelp reviews of the dealership that complained about additional charges added to the vehicle price (i.e., the bait and switch). When the salesman came back, the cost had ballooned up to $24K with a $900 dealer prep charge, a $3K charge for some product applied to the exterior and interior of the truck and an $800 charge for Lujack. I told the salesman I did not want those products, but he told me that they were already applied to the vehicle. I told him that I was pissed because the advertised price was $19,900 and I drove three hours only to find out that the price was falsely advertised. The salesman went back to his boss to see what they could do and he came back with a price of $23K. I told him I would not pay that much, so he asked what I would offer. Even though I knew I wouldn't pay $21K, I offered that just to see what he would come back with. He returned and told me that they could not accept that deal. I explained to him that I would not pay more than the advertised price plus dealer prep charges (ripoff) along with taxes and fees. I let him know how angry I was for wasting my time and left. A day later they emailed me and told me the vehicle price had been lowered to $16,400 and that they would like to earn my business. I responded that they could have earned my business the day I came to look at the truck and that it was too late. This dealership is not honest and is guilty of false advertising. I would have given them zero stars if I could and would recommend avoiding doing business with them. I will give them this much: the people at the front desk were extremely friendly when I entered the dealership as was the salesman.The girl at the front desk represented the dealership very well. I thought that there is freedom of purchase as long as I have the money. Where have you ever heard that you pay more if you are paying cash. That turned me off. Then I find out that I HAVE TO pay for Lo Jack whether I want or not. Nah, this is not my kind of dealer, that's just another way for them to dig deeper in your pocket, they are going to dig in mine....But they do have some nice cars. More
Scheduled an appointment with Billie early the day. That guy is rude and unprofessional. I drove two hours there geting a no fuel/no plate car test drive in the parking lot(around 20 seconds). No introduction, being treated disrespectful the whole time. He even doubt me if I can buy the car, asked me personal questions like what job I have, who is going to pay for the car. Felt insulted the whole time. Then I told him what's my job, I am the guy going to pay for this car and I am very serious with this. Then he just said I can't afford it and doubt me again just because I look young. I told him I am 26 and what's my job again. Then I asked for the quote just because I have another two quotes already. I really like this car even this guy is unprofessional, I still want to compared it with other two quotes. And he started saying if I don't buy the car today won't give me a quote. 🤡🤡🤡 Right after talking with manager. Billie gave me a quote reluctantly and orally. And try to make the hidden fee reasonable. The cars turns to 40000 after the original price 34740. I live in Delaware, tax only cost 1476. Hidden fee is around 10%. Everybody just expected at least a 10% of your car value will be a hidden fee. The manager was nice to us and that sales guy Billie is just unprofessional and rude. Be careful and smart when deal with them. More

I drove away with the Car of my dreams with a rate that i could be hapoy with and it didn't take more than a couple of hours start to finish. He's also really funny and professional. I was hesitant coming in as I usually get the run around from other dealers but this guy is the GOAT. Super happy I decided to go to unique! Bonus points for his awesome socks and customer service!
