This is an extremely poor place to buy a car. From the moment I purchased the car, I clearly requested that it be delivered at a specific time. As an international student, not having the car has caused significant delays in many aspects of my life, especially in preparation for the upcoming semester. In the end, they continued to make excuses, so I personally flew to the dealership and drove the car home for six hours. What's even more disappointing is that when I took the car to an auto shop to have it inspected, I discovered that all four air shocks had been completely removed from my car without any prior notification. I am truly disappointed in this dealership. My first car has gone through such a terrible experience, and I can't express how disappointed I am anymore. More

False advertising at best, fraudulent business practices at worst. I drove 1 1/2 hours to look at a vehicle because it was a good (not great) price. When it came down to the deal they added on $5000 for "dealer prep" and "paperwork". The vehicle (a 2018Escalade) was not "prepped" in the least. Dead battery, no gas, bald tires. Over an hour of back and forth negotiating with the salesman and the manager (and 3 "final" prices) and I finally ended up with purchasing it for what I originally stated to them (minus new tires, which I bought the following day) in the first place. There was no second key fob (or manuals or rear cargo cover), which was promised to be tracked down by the salesman who doesn't even return my messages now. I am happy with the vehicle but I certainly would not return to this dealer again. Very poor experience! More
