We saw a truck on cars.com at this dealership. The add raved about what a great truck it was. It had everything my teenage son wanted and was in the price range we were looking for. My son called and aske raved about what a great truck it was. It had everything my teenage son wanted and was in the price range we were looking for. My son called and asked if the truck was available, they said yes so my son said his dad would come the next day to see it. My husband went to the dealership and was told by Miguel it was in the shop for minor repairs and inspection. No truck...no pictures, but was promised it was as great as the ad stated. The following week Miguel said it still wasn't ready and it would take another week. The 3rd week he called, Miguel said there was an exhaust problem and it would be one more week. The 4th week, my husband called back and now Miguel says the truck is awful and they are not selling it. Miguel then tried to switch and bait him into a more expensive truck and when he said we couldn't afford it, Miguel hung up on him. Number 1... Miguel promised pictures, never got them. Number 2 ... Miguel promised calls back... never happened. Even when they decided they couldn't sell the truck. Number 3.... we passed up several other vehicles while waiting because we were promised this vehicle was great. And it was the only one we found that was exactly what we wanted. Now we have a disappointed teenager 3 weeks before Christmas not getting the truck he hoped he was getting. More

This place is horrible! First they lied to us and told us the truck we wanted was getting new brakes. A month later the brakes were metal on metal and we had to get all new brakes and rotors. When we got the the truck we wanted was getting new brakes. A month later the brakes were metal on metal and we had to get all new brakes and rotors. When we got the truck home the first day we found out the oil dipstick tube was broken off and an earplug was put in the hole. 2 months later the muffler just fell off in the driveway and we still do not have tags despite being charged $3000 in bull crap fees! This place should be shut down! More
I wouldn't recommend them for anything. They told us a truck was available, we got financing then they said it was sold but only jacked up the price. truck was available, we got financing then they said it was sold but only jacked up the price. More
Please read if considering using Unique This dealership advertised a Jeep Grand Cherokee at $19,600, which had been discounted from just under $25k. I called the night before to confirm the This dealership advertised a Jeep Grand Cherokee at $19,600, which had been discounted from just under $25k. I called the night before to confirm the correct price and Miguel let me know that the price was correct and to come in the next day. After arriving we went over the price again, test drove & inspected the car, and I asked if they would be able to do a pre-approval for financing before running a hard credit inquiry as to avoid too many hits on my credit. After they confirmed they would be able to get me an agreeable rate - they ran my credit and brought me to the back room. In the back room, they then said they could sell the car to me for $21,600 - due to the costs they incur in bringing the vehicle in. I have a serious issue with dishonesty, so I said I understand you have a very very high dealer fee ($999, with signs posted around stating it is non-negotiable), but if this fee isn't included I don't understand a $2k increase. I asked them to meet me halfway, and do $20,600 so that with the dealer fee they could still get the $21,600. He lessened the amount by $600, but said I had to agree to one of their warranties -- a $3,000 addition for only 3 years and 36,000 (I think this is double what this coverage should be). I decided to think about this for a bit, went to the bank to get my down payment in cash (what they would only accept). I returned and said I would take the warranty but really wanted some flexibility on the price increase. They sent me to a different back room with their general manager who bluntly said they list the price online at their cost and every single car will always be sold for more than the online listed price. He furthermore said they could MAYBE offer me the deal the other guys agreed to, but it ultimately needed to be signed off by the owner. He said I would have to wait an hour to get owner approval (at this point I had already been there for 3 hours). After an hour and 15 minutes I called and got no return call. I went back and waited another 20 minutes, until they called me back into the general manager's office, who said the owner won't go below $22,600 (now $3,000 more than listed + another $999 dealer fee) What a waste of time & a waste of a hard inquiry on my credit since I then went to a different dealership, got a better interest rate, a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty for the same price, and got a car in much better shape for only a small amount more money. At the end of the day I probably would have bought the car if it was advertised at its actual price and didn't have my time wasted and felt like everything was shady. Wouldn't trust to go to them ever again - they said they do this to every customer and it's not just me without shame, stating that they have to battle against online pricing. Still incredibly dishonest and typical shady used car salesman tactics. I could never ever recommend this to anyone. More

Absolutely the worst dealer! Run away fast, they are a joke. First off, don’t waste your time driving there because they use a call center to field calls and will tell you a vehicle is available and even joke. First off, don’t waste your time driving there because they use a call center to field calls and will tell you a vehicle is available and even set up an appointment to view/buy when the vehicle is and has been sold for some time. Unfortunately I fell victim to their bull crap and wasted an hour and a half drive. Once there I realized it would’ve been a waste of time even if the vehicle was there because what was on the lot was total garbage! By the way as I write this review the vehicle that’s been sold is still listed as available lol. More

He stated the Jeep was there and I explained to him that I thought the $1000 processing fee was a bit much. I told him I was paying cash and would do the DMV work myself. He stated that the price was negotiable. My sister and I drove over 2.5 hours to look at a jeep. Jamie would not go over numbers with me said I had to wait for the finance manager. After waiting over an hour to speak to him. He proceeds to tell me the processing fee is $1,499.00, and that there are additional fees that are required due to the amount of money they have to pay the auction house. Now I am adding $2,000 to the price of the Jeep. Nope. They can make that money on someone else. Now for the jeep. The jeep had an inspection sticker of 3/21 (meaning done in March 2020), yet I was told they did not have the jeep that long. It is my understanding in VA that the dealership is required to have an inspection done before they can sell it. If they did have it done, it should have not passed, the tires are bald, turning signal did not work and stereo did not work. Yes, turning signal is an easy fix, tires about $1,000, and a new stereo couple $100. Sad to call and be lied to and then spend all that time going there and coming back home, over 5 hours. This is what gives dealerships bad names. More
